Superb and can’t fault anything.
Pros:

Absolutely superb stay, superb staff and superb location.
Went for the football over the weekend and only thing that could have been better is a couple more drink options at the bar, this is not a complaint because the bar staff are superb.

A better electric charger for your car.

Great comfortable hotel
Pros:

For the price of the room I was very pleased, large comfortable bed great bathroom. Did not try the breakfast. Very pleased with my stay would reccomend.

Bis auf das Buffet und dem Empfang, alles schön.
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war top, sowie auch die Ausstattung.

Cons:

Leider gab es immer wieder mal Missverständnisse mit dem Personal am Empfang. Man sollte diese besser schulen, was den Umgang mit dem System angeht. Jedesmal wenn ich am Empfanf war , entweder wegen einer Ausfahrkarte oder um dann auszuchecken, wollte man Geld von mir, obwohl ich bei checkin alles beglichen habe. Da wir ja öfter in diesen Hotel sind, war es nicht das erstemal. Was mir noch nicht gefallen hat ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Seit dem Wechsel des Hotels, hat sich dad Buffet um 50% verschlechtert. Und das ist mir gleich nach dem Wechsel aufgefallen. Jetzt wollte ich das endlich mal ansprechen. Schade das da anscheined gespart wird. Für 18 Euro pro Mann recht happig. Beim letzten Aufenthalt waren es 12 Euro was ich ok fand und dies an Angebot war.
