Unfortunately, despite multiple requests, the hotel never provided an invoice. I clearly indicated during the Booking reservation process that I required a paper invoice, and I also followed up several times by phone with different reception staff, but despite their assurances, nothing was ever sent. This was particularly frustrating because receiving a proper invoice was an important requirement for my stay. This lack of follow-through was disappointing and negatively affected my overall experience.

Hotel mit toller Lage am Fluss
Pros:

das Zimmer war wirklich groß und der Balkon hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf den Fluss und die Berge. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig mit ganz viel Auswahl. Auch die Lage des Hotels war für uns optimal. Man ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Skopje und der Weg am Fluss entlang ist echt schön.

Cons:

Leider waren nicht alle angegeben Ausstattungsmerkmale im Zimmer vorhanden. Auf unsere Nachfragen diesbezüglich wurde leider nicht reagiert. Das Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was vor allem im Bad sichtbar war. Auch die gläserne Badtür war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Vor allem wenn man sich ein Zimmer mit Freunden teilt. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig aber leider ist das Personal mit dem auffüllen nicht hinterher gekommen.

Dit moet een 4-sterren hotel zijn, maar verdient eigenlijk niet eens 1/4 van een ster.
Pros:

Ontbijt was best OK. Ik miste wel wat variatie in brood.

Cons:

Onze kamer was absoluut verschrikkelijk. De vloer was vies en lokaal plakkerig. De slaapbank was eigenlijk geen slaapbank, maar tot een slaapplek omgetoverde zitbank. Deze was inmiddels redelijk uit elkaar gerukt, tussen de kussens heb ik nog een lege fles drinken teruggevonden (indicatie voor de schoonmaakkwaliteit). En je krijgt op de "slaapbank" geen dekbed, maar gewoon een lakentje. De deur van het balkon kon ook niet open. In één woord: deprimerend. Een paar grote schermen en fancy lampen kunnen de ellende in de verste verte niet verbergen.

Otel oda herşey çok iyi

Park için 10 Euro istiyorlar çok gereksiz çünkü tesisin otoparkı yok alıp yok kenarına park ediyorlar ve 10 Euro istiyorlar gereksiz pahali
