Solid stay in Mbabane
Pros:

As for the room: It was clean and functional, the Wi-Fi was stable, and the furnishings were good.

I also used the fitness area, which had dumbbells, kettlebells, treadmills, and cross trainers. It was adequate for my needs and clean.

Cons:

I pre-booked a shuttle service for $50 and was quite surprised to find that for that price, seven sweaty men were crammed into a small station wagon.

The ride was also delayed by about 45 minutes (there was no mention of waiting for other guests).

Too expensive for that price.

Then I went to check-in, where I wanted to pay in USD, which they allowed after a brief hesitation.

The receptionist suddenly wanted to make a copy of an entry stamp (a copy of my passport was already on file) and went into the back room to do so.

Then he handed me the bill and started talking at me, and I asked him twice if I could just glance over it, which he finally allowed, exasperated.

Unfortunately, it was very noisy, as I could hear the guests in the hallway at night.


Overall, however, I was rather disappointed, as I had hoped for better service quality at that price.

Exceptional
Pros:

From arrival to check out everything was excellent. The staff greeted me warmly and handled check in quickly and professionally. My room was spotlessly clean, well laid out, and tastefully furnished, the bed was very comfortable and I slept soundly. The bathroom was modern, had strong hot water and the toiletries were good quality. The hotel's location was convenient for local shops and restaurants and the property felt safe and well maintained.

I would definitely recommend it to other visitors. It is a beautiful hotel indeed
Pros:

The customer service and friendly staff was amazing.

Cons:

There was a delay with our room being ready for us. Which was abit annoying.
But atleast they managed to get ua the same type of room that we booked for intially
