Location, food and staff friendliness and bit of facilities

Cons:

The shower standard is not for such brand, the door at the bar not friendly if sitting next to the entrance. The room had lots of hair from previous guests..attention is needed from cleaners

Room was at the back at the end of the passage with limited view. It seems to be a regular thing when booking through booking.com. The best rooms are not alloacted to Booking.com

Our stay was superb and the hotel was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. Great Stay
Pros:

Location was great. Its in the city but once inside the building, one does not feel like they are in the CBD. Very quiet and classy.

Cons:

Everything was great. The staff even accommodated us by being able to order from the main restaurant when we were sitting in the pull side bar. Great service. The only down for us was the early closing of the entertainment areas.
