Great Experience! Will stay again, though next time I'll be using a rideshare or walking to get around.
Pros:

Almost everything here was great! The breakfast was hot and delicious! The housekeeping did an exceptional job of keeping the suite clean and the towels stocked. The hotel had everything I needed and the staff was very helpful. The only downside to staying here is the daily parking fee. Being downtown, some parking charge is understandable, but $38/night seemed pretty steep to me.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Hotel was clean & conviently located to downtown. Breakfast was exceptional! Staff was friendly/helpful. Highly recommended. Will stay again when attending events in downtown.

Good service!
Pros:

Stayed with a group for a sorority formal. Rooms were good and breakfast was pretty solid for a free breakfast. There was a slight discrepancy in my bill, but I called the hotel and Amy had it resolved it for me instantly. Great service and wonderful people! A little expensive however.

It was great! Good girls trip away!

Clean, super close to Van Andel! Staff was great, loved your lgbtq-friendly vibes, restaurant was delicious.
