Pillows smell horrible and beds dirty
Big room with full kitchen (zero utensils/cups/silverware). Nice big bed with a pull out couch/sitting area. Also a good location for our purposes.
I travel a lot. The WORST “breakfast included” I’ve ever experienced. Arrived at 8:30 to find: sliced white bread, two plane mini bagels and frozen toaster waffles that had been laid out to thaw so they were so soft that they sank down in the toaster. Bad coffee and OJ. That’s everything. No cereal, no milk, no fruit, no yogurt…nothing else but those three bread items. Luckily had a large fridge in the room and a grocery store nearby so we could have something to eat in the morning.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com because it advertised a spacious suite (approximately 700 sq. ft.) with a kitchenette. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
When we arrived, the room did not appear to match the description. Although there was a cooktop, there were no dishes, cookware, utensils, or other basic kitchen items, making the kitchenette essentially unusable.
The room also had numerous cleanliness and maintenance issues:
Stains on the bed sheets.
A recliner with torn upholstery and exposed foam.
Damaged kitchen cabinet door.
Multiple damaged and patched walls.
General wear and tear throughout the room.
The biggest concern was cleanliness. We ended up going to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies because we were uncomfortable with the condition of the room. After sweeping, mopping, and wiping down the room ourselves, the Swiffer pads were black with dirt, dust, and hair. I've included photos so others can judge for themselves.
I also messaged the hotel through Booking.com to ask whether we had been assigned the correct room because it didn't seem to match what was advertised. I never received a response. Throughout our stay, the front desk was frequently unattended, making it difficult to ask questions or get assistance.
We considered extending our stay by two additional nights but decided against it because of the room condition and the lack of customer service.
I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I believe future guests should know what our experience was like. The property has potential, but it needs significant improvements in housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service before I would consider staying here again.
Convenience of where it was and the softness of the bed.
Construction vehicles taking up too much parking. Breakfast was pretty lack luster. Nothing but carbs.
I swear this is really a disappointing experience. They are sheets was so nasty. The walls were so nasty. Never in my life. Stayed in a hotel like this.
