Pros:

Charming and charismatic hotel in a great location. We had the slightly larger room with city view and enjoyed our 3 day stay very much. Staff is very nice and helpful , breakfast very good and overall an amazing stay.

Avoid The Bar!!!
Pros:

Our third time staying here, always excellent, and staff are always so polite courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Being ripped off in bar for 2 Gin and Tonics €39.60, dreadful staff, with no customer service skills, large glasses full of flat tonic water, and no taste of Gin, was supposedly given the highest price Gin which we never asked for. All a scam experience and would advise guests to avoid it.

Great location. So many little details that made it the best!
Pros:

One the best hotel experience I’ve had. Great sized room, comfortable beds, the balcony was perfect for people watching, the window’s sound proofing knocked out all of the noise from the street and we loved the fresh water stations on each floor - so handy!
The room service was delicious and the lobby was a lovely place to wait for our transfer.
This was our first time visiting Barcelona, we mainly walked around the gothic quarter and used the metro to go further afield. La Ramblas was a perfect base to stay. History, culture, shopping, and restaurants. It was all in walking distance.
Our party of 2 women felt safe walking around the area late into the night.
