Convienent location, friendly staff, great price
Pros:

The proximity to the walking bridge for our sports venue

Cons:

Our room 701 was quite musty and there was visible mold on the wall at an air register (not sure if it was supply or return)

Pros:

The breakfast was great, and we loved the view from the room. We watched the fireworks out of our window.

Cons:

The showerhead blasted water out in the floor ended up getting wet. We needed extra towel towels, and people at the front desk never answered. Also, we needed a pillow for the couch, and when I went down to the desk and finally found someone, she told me there were no more pillows. The room smelled musty, the carpet is old. The rooms need an upgrade.

Does not live up to Embassy standards
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

Our shower had a glob of tiny hairs stuck in the drain that would come out and go back in every time you turned the shower on. The bathroom had a big burn mark in the middle of the floor that looked like someone had a campfire in the middle of the room. All the towel racks fell off the wall as soon as you touched them.
The man at the restaurant was super nice but incredibly overwhelmed with the crowd. He was working by himself and had a full house. More staff would have been helpful.
The setup to get to the main lobby is confusing and no signage to help find the way.

A great place to stay for a night
Pros:

It’s a short walk to the ballpark! The happy hour was amazing! The front desk staff were super helpful on both occasions different times of the day!

Adequate for the stay, but will not be back.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Room was very adequate. Short walk across the bridge to riverfront park

Cons:

Staff could have been more helpful. Hair in tub. Food morsels behind bed table. Phone not working (no dial tone at all). No straight entrance from garage to lobby. Had to take stairs to elevators. Very inconvenient to transport luggage.

This was the worst check in experience I’ve ever had.
Cons:

I arrived at 8:45pm to check in and was told it would take at least an hour to get into my room because of late check outs. I was told I couldn’t receive complimentary drinks while I waited because happy hour was over, so I ended up driving back home. What a terrible experience - I’ll never even consider staying here ever again.
