The location was excellent as it was walking distance from some major attractions, key locations and also day trip pick up points. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was good in size and clean. There were good options for breakfast even for vegetarians.

Right in the old town with modern facilities
Pros:

A very well located hotel in old town Tbilisi. A slightly frosty reception as after paying I asked the female receptionist if they had a plan of Tbilisi - just ‘no’ was the answer. Okay ‘so can you recommend any restaurants’ same flat response. Thereafter other staff were helpful. We had booked a superior room and glad we did. It was modern and a good size. Excellent bathroom with walk in shower and good quality toiletries. WiFi worked well. It has an excellent sized safe too. AC was problematic as the console flashed constantly for 4 days. It was apparently going to be replaced but not during our stay. Good job we brought eye masks. Breakfast - in the cellar - was very good with fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, pastries, salads and a number of hot dishes.

فندق صغير في المدينة القديمة - موقع الفندق ممتاز في وسط المدينة القديمة وقريب من كل شي في المدينة القديمة فطورهم كويس ونظافتهم ممتازة والحمام فيه شطاف الوان الغرفة جميل جدا والشاشة ذكية

ماراح اتكلم عن صغر الغرفة لان الفندق كله صغير اصلا بس مقبول جدا والي ماعجبني اعطوني غرفة 202 بدون نوافذ مطله فقط الحمام كان ذو سقف زجاجي (^_^) كنت اتمنى غرفة بنوافذ مطله

Если приеду в Тбилиси еще раз, обязательно останавлюсь здесь. Расположение отличное, самый центр, очень близко до любой достопримечательности, при этом не на горе. В Тбилиси очень частный вариант, когда расположено близко к центру, но круто в горку. Замечательный завтрак. Номера чистые, новые, просторные. Удобная кровать. Хорошая изоляция, шума с улицы не слышно. Персонал выше всяких похвал. Фото с сайта соотвествуют.

Cons:

Добавить в номер вешалок для одежды. Халат был почему-то только один, хотя и был размера L, он был маловат даже мне, с моим 40 европейским, любому мужчине он был бы мал.

Pros:

Замечательный отель. Расположение супер, самый центр, до всего 5 мин пешком. Персонал отзывчивый, любой вопрос решается быстро и эффективно. Очень чисто. Номер удобный, большой, хорошая кровать. Фото с booking.com полностью соответствует. Хорошая звукоизоляция от улицы. Самый цетр и на улице постоянно шум, но в номере тихо, не слышно шума. Очень хороший завтрак. Обязательно вернемся в этот отель!
