Esmorzar molt bo. Hi vam fer dues estades, una en una habitació de la banda del carrer, que estava molt bé, i una en una habitació que donava al darrere, que estava bé però on l'aire condicionat anava directament cap al llit

Terrible experience
Pros:

The location is good, that's the only think I liked.

Cons:

I had a very poor experience at this hotel due to the way an issue was handled. On our second morning, we woke up at 7am to find there was no water, meaning we couldn't shower or even use the bathroom.

When I contacted reception, the response was simply, "We don't have a technician available at this hour." When I asked whether it was a general issue or just our room/floor, I was told, "There's a bathroom downstairs if you want to check if there's water there." I was genuinely speechless. The staff were dismissive and acted as though the situation was no big deal.

We had to leave for a pre-booked tour and returned around 10pm, only to find there was still no water on our floor, despite there being water downstairs and in the kitchen. At no point were we offered another room nor were we given any meaningful alternative.

Problems can happen in any hotel but what matters is how they're handled. The complete lack of empathy, urgency, and customer service was honestly one of the worst I've experienced, especially considering this is not a budget hotel. I would not recommend staying here and would certainly not return.

Centralissimo ed ottima colazione.
Pros:

La colazione, la posizione, lo staff, la camera in sé.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto una infiltrazione d'acqua per la forte pioggia ma lo staff è stato davvero pronto ed efficace per risolvere l'inconveniente.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and willing to help, the room was spacious, the location was great, close to restaurants, the market and shops. Also many of the recommended attractions are in close proximity.

מלון נקי ונעים בעיר העתיקה, מיקום מעולה.

מלון במיקום מצוין בעיר העתיקה, כמה דקות הליכה מכיכר החירות, קרוב למסעדות ואתרים, יש סופר שפתוח 24/7 ממש מעבר לכביש. החדר מרווח ונעים, היה נוף לפסל של אמא גיאורגיה. חדר נקי מאוד לכל אורך השהות, המיטה גדולה ונוחה, קבלנו חלוק וכפכפים, וערכת פינוק לאמבט. ארוחת בוקר פשוטה וסבירה שעושה את העבודה.

החדר שלנו פנה לחצר של מסעדה, והרעשים משם הפריעו לנו בחלק מהלילות.
המיטה הנוספת עבור הילד היתה לא נוחה.
כשהיתה לנו בעיה בטלוויזיה בלילה, בקשנו מהקבלה שיבואו לעזור לנו לפתור את העניין - וקבלנו מענה שיש רק עובד אחד שלא יכול לעזוב את עמדת הקבלה..
