Grundsätzlich gut aber Schlafen (vor Mitternacht - man könnte ja früh raus müssen) unmöglich

Grundsätzlich war alles ok, Zimmer, Personal keine Probleme, Frühstück in Ordnung, wenn auch nichts besonderes.

Cons:

Allerdings gibt es ein Problem: Sollten Sie schlafen wollen, war das in 3 Nächte nur nach Mitternacht möglich. (In einer Nacht befinden wir uns gerade, könnte also noch länger dauern als "nur" bis Mitternacht). Das Problem ist ein Club/Restaurant direkt unter unserem Fenster in der ersten Etage gelegen: brüllend laute Live-Musik, so etwas wie Schallisolierung existiert nicht. Dies stört für uns den an und für guten Eindruck des Hauses. Nur als Warnung all jenen, die in einem Hotel auch schlafen wollen. Ich wäre froh gewesen, darüber Bescheid zu wissen und hätte dieses Haus sicher nicht gewählt.

Temiz, konumu mükemmel bir hotel
Pros:

Konumu çok güzel, çalışanları ilgili, kahvaltısı güzeldi. Tüm beklentilerimi karşılayan bir hoteldi. 2. Gelişimdi, tekrar Tiflis’e gitsem yine aynı tercihi yaparım.

Pros:

All service team was fantastic. The manager Beka and his employees Saba, Lora and everyone else made sure our stay was most comfortable! Great job guys!!! Please keep it up!

היה תקלה של פיצוץ מים בחדר אוכל שגרמה להשבתה של חדר האוכל והמעלית.
יחד עם זאת הגישו את ארוחת הבוקר לחדרים , מלבד זאת הכל היה ממש מושלם.
נחזור לאותו מלון אני מאמין בטיולים הבאים בטביליסי.

אהבתי מאוד את מיקום המלון.ממש במרכז העיר העתיקה.
חדר האוכל וארוחת הבוקר גם היא טובה מאוד.
אך...בחדר שבו שהיתי היתה מרפסת סגורה שמחוברת לחדר עם גג מזכוכית.
וביומיים מתוך הזמן שבו הייתי שם השמש זרחה והיה חם בחדר בטרוף.
כאשר ביקשתי להדליק מזגן או להעביר המזגן לקור,נאמר,לי כי אי אפשר היות ומערכת המזגנים היא אחת לכולם ובתאריך בו הייתי(אמצע אפריל) עדיין לא מעבירים לקירור.
רק ביום האחרון לשהותי היגיע המנהל והיציע לי להחליף חדר ,אך זה היה יומי האחרון ולא היה כדאי לעשות זאת לכמה שעות.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, excellent staff - incredibly attentive and reactive. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay!! Breakfast was varied and the staff were at hand to help. They kindly packed breakfast for takeout on days we had to leave early to visit.
The hotel itself is nice and modern, clean, comfy bed and nice bathroom.
I would not hesitate to use this hotel again and again!!
