Super Preisleistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist klein und unscheinbar, aber perfekt für einen Städte Trip nach Istanbul. Zimmer sind klein aber sehr sauber. Das Personal ist außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Preis Leistung ist unschlagbar. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ideal wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Die Gegend ist trotzdem ruhig was bedeutet das man nachts auch die Fenster auf lassen kann wenn man die Klimaanlage nicht mag. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny.
Pros:

Znakomita lokalizacja - 5 minut do metra Sishane, 10 min do Wieży Galata, 5 min do przystani promowej Kasimpasa.
Blisko i do atrakcji turystycznych i do spokojniejszej dzielnicy z lokalnymi punktami gastronomicznymi.
Hotel czysty, zadbany, pokoje wygodne, codziennie sprzątane.
Bardzo miła obsługa.

Pros:

Het hotel is perfect gelegen. We hebben alles makkelijk te voet kunnen doen. Hotelkamer is proper, komen elke dag langs om proper te maken, je krijgt nieuwe handdoeken en flesjes water. De kamer was warm maar gelukkig hadden we airco. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om uw verblijf zo goed mogelijk te beleven. Gaven ons paraplus mee omdat het ging regenen en deze kwamen goed van pas :). Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan en we komen hier zeker terug naartoe!!!

Удобное расположение-рядом метро,автобусы,пристань,а так же Галатская башня,Истикляль.
В отеле есть лифт,в номере -кондиционер,телевизор,холодильник,мягкая удобная кровать.В номере делали уборку ежедневно .Постель,полотенца менялись тоже ежедневно.В душе отличный напор воды.Сантехника работала исправно и никаких неприятных запахов.Очень приветливые и отзывчивые парни на ресепшене.
Очень удобная и симпатичная,вся в зелени,площадка,где можно посидеть
вечером или утром за чашечкой кофе или чая .
Не маловажно и то,что проживание в отеле не дорогое.Остались довольны всем.Рекомендуем!

Elite level customer service, comfortable, great location

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and truly made our experience memorable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

A special thank you to Aras and Sayit, who were both outstanding. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. They were always ready to help with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests.

It’s rare to find such a high level of hospitality, and it made a big difference to our trip. We will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to others!

Honestly the only thing that kept us there were the staff. Caring amazing attentive. The rest is a no.
Pros:

The location is good for nearby sightseeing and the staff were incredible.

Cons:

The walls were paper thin. The Wi-Fi didn’t reach out room. Our tv didn’t work. We had no ‘city views’ as promised. Shower was broken. Towels were fluffy and left dust on everything. The shower door didn’t work.

Amazing experience and welcoming staff
Pros:

I came with my friends and we liked the location, it was very clean and we got new towels and water every day. The staff was very very kind and helpful. We would always chose to come back here we had an amazing stay. Thanks to the whole team again!☺️

Cons:

The walls were a bit thin so you could hear the other guests. We were not much bothered by it but you should consider that when staying.

A wonderful stay with exceptional service and a perfect location! I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Everything was great. The hotel team were incredibly responsive and accommodating, and they kindly allowed us a very early check-in. They were always attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. The location was excellent, right next to a metro station and within walking distance to attractions like Galata Tower and Taksim Square.

警察署の真裏で治安面も安心。
部屋も近代的に綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。

スタッフも親切です。
早朝にイスタンブールへ到着する事を事前に伝えていたら、『たまたまアーリーチェックインの予定の別客さんが取り消しになったからすぐにおいで』と早朝にわざわざ連絡をくれました。

ホテルの入り口付近に猫も屯しておりお出迎えしてくれました。
