A new building

Jeg er virkelig vant til lidt af hvert i London og er ikke sart, da vi aldrig bruger hotellet til andet end at overnatte på, men det her værelse var så ulækkert og beskidt med tapet fra loftet, der hang i laser, de dårligste madrasser på sengene og en radiator, der tændte on and off lige ved siden af den ene seng, så man brændte sig om natten på den, når man vendte sig i sengen.

Det kostede over 1000 kr pr..overnatning og det var ikke valuta for pengene i min optik.

The place was extremely unhygienic. The shared bathrooms were filthy, and the shower curtains had mold. Everything smelled bad. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but that is no excuse to make the hotel absolutely uninhabitable. The staff was also incredibly rude. I am a woman, and they talked down to me in a condescending manner. I simply asked for an extra blanket because the room was cold, and they said no. They make you pay to store your luggage in an empty, unlocked room. They were late for check-in at 3 pm; there was a long line of people waiting. I got there early, and they refused to let me check in early, which is fine, but then they were criticizing me later for not coming in earlier. Generally, they were rude, and the hotel was disgusting. There was no upkeep and pure laziness on their end. I’ve stayed at bad places before but, in my opinion, you can’t have the hotel in disarray and be rude at the same time. Plus, it was still way too expensive for what you got.

The bed might have been the hardest and most uncomfortable I've slept in in my life and the smell in the room was rather unpleasant.

The bathroom was outdated, and the bathtub’s worn, peeling surface had blackish, bluish, and greenish patches that looked like mould or fungus, making it unpleasant and unhygienic to step into.

There should also be a strict rule prohibiting guests from frying or cooking food in their rooms. The strong smell of cooked food, particularly shrimp, lingered throughout the place and made it smell like unpleasant Chinese restaurant kitchen instead of lavender or fresh air smell. I found the odour extremely unpleasant and off-putting.

You need to keep texting them to empty your trash and clean your room otherwise they won’t do it even if you’re booked for 2 weeks or more.

Insalubre, moisissures, rouille, poussière et chambre pas nettoyée, pas de chaise, chasse d’eau WC cassée, pas de tapis de douche, pas de rideau de douche, une seule ampoule sur le lustre, accueil pourri, la porte de la « salle de bain » ne ferme pas, oreillers plat genre coussin de canapé. Bref, un hôtel horrible!!!

Poca información, no informan que el aseo de la habitación se cobra aparte, no tiene ni siquiera un hervidor para tomar un café, habitaciones muy calurosas o muy frías, instalaciones muy antiguas.

There were no tea and coffee/ kettle. The window did not lock on first floor. The door did not lock properly so we had to secure a comb across to ensure the lock stayed locked. The bed mattress was old and you could feel the springs on the upside of bed. The shower curtain was not long enough in bathroom so water from shower went all over bathroom floor.

Dirty carpets, torn bed upholstery. Moreover bedbugs, beware.
