La ubicación es inmejorable y el personal muy amable. Los colchones son cómodos y las sábanas estaban limpias.
Todo lo demás. La limpieza en general, pésima, tanto la de las instalaciones generales como la de la habitación. Las instalaciones están para reformar. El baño está roto y sucio. La última noche tuvimos un visitante en la habitación, un ratón.

Purtroppo non ho trovato aspetti positivi da segnalare, data la gravità dei problemi riscontrati.
Al check-in ci è stata assegnata una camera in cui la porta si è bloccata con la mia ragazza rimasta intrappolata dentro, impossibilitata a uscire. La stanza aveva anche un forte odore sgradevole e la finestra era bloccata, quindi impossibile arieggiare. Dopo aver segnalato il problema in reception, ci è stata data una seconda camera, che era in condizioni ancora peggiori: scarsissima igiene e struttura fatiscente e disagiata. Vista la situazione, non abbiamo potuto pernottare e abbiamo dovuto lasciare la struttura per cercare un altro hotel.

I have read reviews before booking, therefore knew what we will be dealing with
The property is generally quite run-down and would definitely benefit from some refurbishment or, at the very least, a deep clean. That said, the price was very reasonable, so I was happy with what we got for the money.
Just keep your expectations realistic — or, if you’re looking for a more polished stay, it may be worth spending a little more on a different hotel.
Nothing at all,the rooms were very dirty and smelly,toilet and bathroom not cleaned and l didn’t bath because of the untidy place
Toilet and bathroom were very dirty and messy
Location - wasn't far from the attractions and train station
Bathroom was really bad. The beds were creaking every time someone moved. The toilet wasn't flushing properly. The staff was unhelpful we asked for a fan the whole night and didn't get one. The room smelt very bad and musty. Also the TV was so tiny we couldn't even see from when we sitting on the bed.

There were some beasties on the table top and a big spider on the bed....I nearly died 😱😱 The windows were filthy. In the facilities description of the hotel it said there would be toiletries but there was only a half a bottle of handwash and a half a bar of used soap with hairs on it 🤢 There were also hairs on the bathroom wall 🤢 and no shower curtain. I was scared to go to sleep in case something crawled over me but my eyes couldn't stay open any longer and I had a good sleep. The bed was comfortable. The place could be doing with a deep clean and a coat of paint
