Everything was mostly good, I liked especially the location and the comfy bed.

Cons:

- The breakfast was fairly simple for its price (42 AUD when paid separately from room booking).
- The lightning in the room could have been better (it was really dark both inside and outside in July so it it felt like night very early).
- I had a view to inner yard and some windows very close to mine so I had to have the curtains closed all the time.

Would stay again as location great but would make staff do there job better

Cons:

Reception staff not get welcoming or helpful. Breakfast was dismal
Could at least have fresh made coffee not just a make your own coffee machine.
Dinner was average. Food did not match what was ordered 😳.

Clean and tidy, close to public transport and breakfast is a bonus
Pros:

The room was a King and it was fine as a room, a little bit bland but OK. We found the bed was too firm for us so probably not the greatest night of sleep. Bathroom was very clean but the toilet rolll was difficult to reach!

Cons:

Didn't dislike anything really, firmness of the bed and the positioning of the toilet roll but otherwise the room was clean and tidy. It was a small bathroom and not sure where else the toilet roll could go but as we are both in our 60's it was awkward.

Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
Pros:

Room was very spacious, bed was comfy, very quiet room even though we were facing Spencer Street, and the location was perfect for catching the train at Southern Cross.

Cons:

The external windows needed washing!
