For the extended traveler, each room has an iron and ironing board The lobby sells tokens to use the laundry (£8 to use the washer & dryer). Detergent is provided. Much appreciated.
The hotel is located across from the River Liffey, next to the Epic Museum, and close to Connelly Train Station and the Dublin Express (airport service). With a public bus stop, a tour bus stop and taxi’s just outside the entrance to the hotel, make this location unbeatable.
For your convenience the front desk sells hop on hop off bus tickets. I highly recommend this activity. It takes you all over the city with stops at all the best attractions.
Honey Fitz, the hotel’s restaurant offers a well-balanced menu with something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the fish and chips and the cheese plate. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, featuring scones, made-to-order omelets and a waffle station, providing a great start to the day.
I would like to recognize the outstanding team at the Hilton Garden Inn for making my stay so enjoyable. A special thank you to Front Desk Supervisor Jose and Front Desk Representative Thai. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, engaging, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. They recognized my Hilton loyalty and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest. If I could give them six stars, I absolutely would! I would also like to recognize Anna in the restaurant. She remembered me from my stay a year ago, which truly impressed me. That kind of personal attention is rare and speaks volumes about the level of hospitality and care provided by this hotel. Exceptional service is about making guests feel welcome, appreciated, and remembered—and this team accomplished all three. Thank you for making my visit so memorable. I look forward to returning!
One of the staff working in the hotel called lateef helped us with everything في ريال اسمه لطيف ساعدنا في الفندق وساعدنا نحصل اماكن حلوا حول المدينه🇦🇪
we arrived a bit earlier than the check in which was at 3, we stored our luggage and went to explore the city and then came back. Lateef was really helpful with explaining Dublin to us and showing us the good places around such as Howth and he guided us on how to get there

Couple things , but not enough to elaborate on
tolle ruhige lage mit sicht auf fluss, zur innenstadt geht es gut zu fuss. der flughafenbus fährt gerade dort vorbei.kingsize bett war super. zimmerservice tadellos. das hauseigene restaurant war recht gut, auch die kaffeebar super( wir haben nicht gefrühstückt), der fitnessraum war mit basics ausgestattet.
beim einchecken war verspätung und uns wurde zuerst ein zimmer zur seite gegeben- nach reklamation wurde dies geändert. generell hat uns die architektonische lieblosigkeit in der lobby etc gestört: es wirkt sehr unpersönlich und billig für ein 4* hotel.

Also credit card was charged pending twice which is not comfortable (i wasn't charge twice yet pending payment stayed for 10 days on my bank account)

I didn't like it that there is no Netflix ore YouTube not even anmble to switch from your own phone,didn't liked when 8 am knocked on doors bcz was a housekeeper and she opened doors as well gladly I had safety on that was like 3 times....
Room was on the top floor & at the back of the hotel which meant no traffic noise.
