Breakfast is Really Bad
Pros:

Breakfast was REALLY BAD. The rest of the hotel was fine, clean, everything worked. I enjoy breakfast and CIS hotels have always been satisfying. The breakfast consisted of a biscuit with a sausage patty in plastic wrap and Apple Jacks cereal and a carton of milk. The only other item was juice and coffee and the coffee container was empty and we had to find a desk clerk to make more. I said something at checkout and the desk clerk said that the breakfast lady is off Monday. OK, use the technology and say that on your web site which says, Hot Breakfast. If you are too lazy to change the web site, at least put up a sign the night before that says minimal breakfast options on Monday, and let me cancel my reservation when I arrive. They offered no reduction in room rate. Poor management that does not care.

La peor atención y el peor hotel viejo y mal tenido

Muy mala atención. Se demoro muchísimo tiempo en registrarnos. Y la recepcionista fue una persona super despota y mal educada.
No volveria al hotel nunca ni así me den gratis la estadía.

Cons:

La mala actitud de recepcionista me grito. No le pareció que le de mi pasaporte de mi país. Tengo todos los documentos en orden soy turista. Llamo al Gerente y me dijo no me contesta tengo que esperar que me autorice. Estuvimos más de 40 minutos esperando. Le dije que tuvimos un viaje de muchas horas y no le importo.

My room had several issues. 1. It was a presidential suite that 1 bathroom didn't have a know. Itwas not able to be used. The TV remote did not work, I asked front desk for assistance. I was assured they would fix it and they didn't. Breakfast was not good. Hard biscuits. The room had an odor at the door..

No pool no Internet
Pros:

So I booked this stay bc it was the end of our trip before we drove home. We came from Pa and flew to Florida and came here to meet my niece so we could ride back together it was her last day of college. I booked this place bc it seemed to be perfect. First thing NO POOL not open until memorial day. I would of never have booked this had I known this. I did not know until we came down ready to swim. So we figured since we can't swim before we went out we'd watch TV. So I'm here trying to connect so I can watch TV and the Internet doesn't work in our room and won't even connect to the Internet even if the Internet worked. I could use a fire stick that I do not have with me. I am so disappointed and not happy at all. It's clean and the lady at the desk was kind but I am not getting my money's worth I would of paid more to have what I wanted on the last day of my trip.

Poor customer service, will never return.

Rooms were fine

Cons:

Staff were rude and unhelpful. The young lady at reception was hopeless. After requesting early check in due to a changed travel plan, I was lied to even though the hotel was empty and made to sit outside for 4 hours. I even offered to pay. I bought 5 rooms and she refused to check us in a few hours early. We will never stay here again.
