Отличный небольшой апарт-отель в 5 минутах от пляжа! Большое спасибо администратору Сияре, очень доброжелательная и позитивная, во всем старалась помочь.

Место относительно пляжа, отличные котики во дворе

Cons:

Кондиционер течет, микроволновка стреляет молниями, утюг протекает, ржавая сантехника в ванной. Зубных щеток и паст не будет (будьте готовы), геля для душа тоже, только шампунь из диспенсера и жидкое мыло для рук. На троих гостей было два стула. Третий стул пришлось просить и объяснять почему. В целом, ничего ужасного, но это точно не люкс. Вы платите в основном за расположение

Близко к морю и магазинам

Cons:

Неухоженная территория, бассейн грязный, кондиционер воняет, стиральная машинка старая и ржавая, белье застиранное. Три дня ходили просили, чтобы убрали в номере.

Pros:

-Расположение отеля рядом с морем, прогуляться пять минут. Если говорить о цене , то выбор хороший.
- Номер просторный , для троих , удобная кровать, кондиционер в каждой комнате..
- Приличная кухня и есть места для вещей, также чайник, микроволновая, холодильник большой.
- маленький бассейн как бонус освежиться перед морем.
- рядом продуктовые магазины..
- красивая набережная, море чистое

В целом если исправят Минусы, мы вернёмся сюда.

Cons:

- Очень грязный диван и прожжен сигаретами , было противно.
- плита работает плохо, готовить не удобно , долго. В нашем номере 111.
- на территории всего два небольших зонта от солнца, это очень мало ! Посидеть не возможно , возле бассейна тем более.
- вода в бассейне не чистится, за четыре дня ни разу . Очень холодная также.
- в номере нет ни одного канала на русском языке , кроме отвратительного украинского, где говорят на русском всякую чушь !

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—it’s within walking distance of convenience stores, restaurants, and the beach, yet the area is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax.

The staff were especially wonderful. They were always welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring, doing everything they could to make our vacation enjoyable and hassle-free. Their hospitality and willingness to help made a real difference. We truly appreciated their efforts and would be happy to stay here again.

Obiekt jest bardzo zaniedbany, jazuzzi przy próbie napełnienia zalało pokój, kilka godzin zajęło usuwanie wody... Wadliwa instalacja elektryczna, popękane szyby i wszechobecny brud.. A szkoda z uwagi na piękna i spokojną okolice..

врядли вернемся!
Pros:

Приезжаем во второй раз, были в 2024 году, в первый раз было намного лучше, убирались чаще, в квартире было изначально чисто. Ремонт уже устарел, за бассейном не следят, только листья убирают, вода грязная, за территорией не следят, трава не стрижена, засохшая.

Cons:

Местоположение и администратор Сиара очень милая девушка!

Отвратительное место. Хуже наверное было только в Сочи в гостевых домах за 1-2 тыщи р в сутки.
Pros:

Расположение близко к морю. На районе есть хорошое места, чтобы поесть. Рядом детский парк - крытая и закрытая площадка для детей 0+

Cons:

Все двери скрипят, шкафы скрипят. Посетители - сомнительные, ругань в соседних номерах слышна так, будто ругаются у тебя в номере. Номер супер уставший - все ободрано, нет куска зеркала, сломанный кружок на унитазе. Кухня тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Если кто-то жарит лук - пахнет у всех. В номере стоит застарелый запах сигарет.

Fair for money
Pros:

Location is great, very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Quite from the main noisy road.

Cons:

Furniture and the stuff is quit old that already require repair or to be changed. Receptionist looks not friendly;)
