Modern stylish room with a sea view, nice location everything what was needed in one room i.e. big pro a coffee machine kettle microwave and a dyson fan to keep cool nice little seating area by the window it was very nice

It was very clean and comfortable
The location was great. It was good for a one night trip.
The room wasnt very clean, there was lots of hair covering the carpet when we entered and some papers receipts or tags left under the bed. The staff were also not very accomodating, I take medicine which needs to be refrigerated and since checkout was at 11am and we wanted to spend the rest of the day, they didnt have any solution for me.

Location spot on. Feet from Pier. Room was very clean, spacious with huge bed & plenty of extras, fridge, iron, sink, crockery, dining table and 2 chairs, fan etc bathroom shining and ample space with unit for storage. Check in via message/code great, no worrying about carrying door passes etc

The room we had was nothjng at all like wat i thought i paid for, small box room, hot, claustrophobic jusf very poor
sadly didn’t like anything about this property - so dirty. needs paint and building refreshing. carpets are vile. photos online are so not what the actual hotel is. Cleaners need sacking (don’t even think they have any) dirt everywhere, dust everywhere, hairs in bed. Stains on bed. Stains ons throw pillows, stains on walls next to bed 🤢 had a sour smell in the room. Do not stay here. We’ve stayed in better hotels which are clean. Reallt ruined our whole trip, we felt itchy and dirty the whole time after staying there.
everything. ruined our whole trip, we left early due to no sleep because of the severe noise. (They are aware of this cause they provide ear plugs) The doors don’t lock from the inside so you constantly worry about someone walking in. Bathrooms are tiny. The shower floods and the drains stink. Actually was in such shock at the state of the whole place. Looked like a hostel on a horror film. Can’t attach more than 4 photos but Jesus I wish I could. Don’t stay here - don’t waste ur money. The First Lady we spoke too about changing our rooms was lovely and gave us a new room which was a tiny bit better but we still slept on a throw and towels we brought from home, we also got a little money back but the second woman I spoke too was so rude, so unkind and seemed horrible. Even asked if we used the room when leaving so they could let someone else book it, even tho I said it needed a clean!!

Et bien ce fût une belle surprise ! On a eu un peu peur en voyant une note de 7 sur 10 mais ce lieu mérite largement la note de 8 sur 10 ! Le lit est grand et très confortable, la décoration est très sympa, on s'y sent bien et l'appart est idéalement placé à deux pas de la plage et du centre ville (pile en face du Brighton Pier)
Malheureusement on a eu très chaud à cause de la grosse chaleur actuelle étant au dernier étage le l'immeuble, il y avait pourtant un ventilo mais qui brassait l'air chaud (30 degrés dans la chambre) et le lavabo est beaucoup trop petit dans la salle de bain, c'est juste un lave mains

Die Lage war wunderbar, der Kontakt sehr freundlich und es hat alles super geklappt mit dem Einchecken. :)
Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und es war sauber. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee; es gab nette Willkommensgeschenke, einen Kühlschrank.
Es war nur wirklich ziemlich klein, das kleine Doppelzimmer, Platz gibt es nicht viel.
Aber für uns hat es gereicht, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Wenn ich nochmal nach Brighton komme, würde ich wieder dort buchen..
Ablagefläche war etwas wenig wie oben gesagt. Und eine 2. Gabel wäre super ;) .

The location was great.
The bedroom / bathroom were very worn down, the bedding had a hole in it, shower barley worked, sink took a while to drain, windows and paint work very worn, extremely warm the fan hardly made a difference and holes in the ceiling can only assume old light fittings and large gaps under the doors could hear everything.
It was a fantastic location being just round the corner from the venue we we visited, nice and close to the beach also.
The room was phenomenal, i LOVE the decor, all the little touches, and the greenery.
They must be hot on cleaning as my allergies wernt triggered once, despite all the fake plants.
The bed was sooo comfortable. There was a fan going when we arrived which was bliss as it was so hot outside.
Everything was clean and well kept.
Im looking forward to staying again in september.
The only thing I'd say i didn't like, or was a bit of a downside was the drainage from the bathroom sink and shower was really slow, to the point we were worried the water from the shower would spill onto the floor as the shower tray was quite shallow.
Nice size. Clean. Had essentials.
Only problem with location is parking.
No where to park, or anywhere near for an over night stay
Lovely space, great value.
