Great stay
Pros:

Great location. Smooth and easy check in. Great comms from the host. Room decor. Didn't hear any external noise despite staying on a Saturday night.

Cons:

Pile of laundry bags outside the window doesnt look great, not that you would expect to see much anyway from the basement floor. Shower could use some tlc and the bathroom door didn’t seem to slide shut properly.

Overall a lovely spot and very cute cosy room , would definitely stay again :)
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location and was spotless. The bathroom was super clean and the addition of ear plugs and toiletries was lovely.
Beds were nice and comfy with nice soft sheets.

Cons:

We were in the loft apartment and unfortunately it was incredibly hot , only one of the room windows opened so we couldn’t get much air in, as a result we didn’t sleep very well. There was a little fan provided which was much needed!
one of the beds had a very wobbly and squeaky metal frame which was so noisy at even the slightest movement which was quite annoying.

Too small for 2 people , bed uncomfortable, the shower didn’t work very well , rack on wall with coat hangers was hanging off , no wardrobe, wasn’t worth the money we paid

Overpriced hostel vibes. Not worth the money with well below par security

Pictures where definately professionally taken as the place is tiny and do not meet any of the expectations.

- The main issue is the security. There is a small magnetic lock at the top of the front door however the rest of the door is not held on by anything! not even a lock which was shocking to say the least and the room was the same.

- Court yard is a small concrete rear of property that is not big enough to comfortably seat a family and is overlooked by all 11 other rooms.

- Room was in a basement which was extremely compact with no ventilation especially if you attempt to cook or prepare food.

I would not recommend this property unless you wanted an overpriced hostel. I would really advise the Hosts to maybe visit this location once to see which i am sure they are too busy to do.

Short but sweet.
Pros:

The location was wonderful and the room configuration really worked for my family.

Cons:

We were on the ground floor so the view was only of steps and what I presume to be laundry. This didn’t matter to us as we arrived late at night and left early morning but if it was a weekend stay may want to open the blinds for some natural light. Granted the location does mean not a lot can be done but maybe it could have a little glow up out there.

The bed was comfy, a good location near good spots to check out in walking distance and fairly good facilities.

Cons:

For what we paid, our room didn't match up to the price. It could also do with some general maintenance on the place, for example: upgrading the shower and bathroom (felt a little dirty). Also best to have your windows open as well as the fan in the summer as it can get very hot in the room. There is also one battery missing from one of the remote controls so you have to keep taking one out to put in the other.

Modern stylish room with a sea view, nice location everything what was needed in one room i.e. big pro a coffee machine kettle microwave and a dyson fan to keep cool nice little seating area by the window it was very nice
