This was by far my favourite hotel on our trip to India. The location is lovely. The hotel and facilities were beyond excellent. The staff were possibly the best I have ever experienced. Mughal and Razek by the pool went above and beyond for us. Swaraj our driver was very impressive in how well he looked after us. Very thoughtful and kind. As was every member of staff we encountered. We desperately wanted to stay longer!

Absolutely exceptional stay at The Oberoi Mumbai. The room was amazing, and the staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and spot-on with every request. A truly seamless experience from start to finish!
While the room was beautiful and the service was excellent, I felt the housekeeping could have been more thorough. There was noticeable dust on the telephone cord and windowsill, which took away slightly from an otherwise exceptional stay.

Après une arrivée au petit matin suite à un vol ils nous ont donné une chambre pour que nous nous reposions dès notre arrivée 6h puis nous devions changer de chambre mais fini pour ne pas déranger les enfants ils nous ont surclassé dans une baby suite à cité de la première chambre …. Sans en faire trop par pure gentillesse … j’ai rarement vu un personnel aussi attentionné aimable souriant et un tel niveau de service. Je ne connaissais pas lnoberoi qui m avait été conseillé et Booking avait une offre interessante je pense que c’est l’hôtel de luxe avec le meilleure service jamais fait ! L’endroit est élégant les restaurants aussi … nous sommes allés au Taj Mahal Hitelnpojr un thé c était froid le personnel pas sympa un accueil décevant …. L Oberoi est juste parfait

The service was absolutely top rated from checkin to checkout. We had a fantastic suite and the service to the room, the small gifts and amenities are amazing. Loved the fresh flowers, cushion options, the bedding and the excellent turndown service. We loved our stay and will certainly come back!
