From the moment we arrived, The Oberoi, Nariman Point set a standard of hospitality that few hotels can match. The staff greeted us by name within minutes of check-in, a small touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Every interaction, whether with the concierge, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, felt genuinely warm rather than scripted.
Our room overlooked the Arabian Sea, and the sunset views alone were worth the stay. But what truly stood out was the attentiveness of the team. When we mentioned it was our anniversary in passing, we returned to our room that evening to find a thoughtful surprise waiting, no fanfare, just quiet, gracious care.
Dining was exceptional across the board. Breakfast at Threesixty° was fresh and beautifully presented, and the staff remembered our preferences by the second morning. The spa was a serene escape, and the fitness facilities were immaculate.
What sets The Oberoi apart isn’t just the luxury, it’s the sincerity behind the service. Every request was met with genuine warmth and efficiency, never a hint of inconvenience. This is hospitality at its finest, elegant, intuitive, and deeply personal.

I am a regular guest at the hotel. This year, for a change I thought of staying at another hotel which I did for 1 night but decided to come back to Oberoi! Always feels like home. Excellent location, very calm and relaxing, comfortable rooms, great food and above all excellent customer service.

Just fantastic. great service. great views. exceptional food and beverage offerings. old and new rooms - both are fantastic. housekeeping is super strong. highly recommended and by far the best city hotel in India. it has no competition in mumbai - these closest competitor would perhaps be peninsula hong kong or Mandarin oriental bangkok.
