Staying at this property is always a pleasant experience, from the moment you enter. The staff is incredibly courageous and welcoming. Very few properties on the planet have such impeccable upkeep. The food is also excellent.

I cannot stress enough how dedicated the staff were in making my stay truly memorable. I arrived at night and didn’t get to see the property until the next morning. I had booked a bay view room and expected a mostly water view, but it turned out to be only a partial bay view. I mentioned this to the staff, and without hesitation, they upgraded me to a full ocean‑view suite at no additional cost. The rooms were quiet and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation.
On my first night, I was welcomed with tea and cookies, and from that moment on, every interaction... whether with the restaurant team, housekeeping, or baggage services was consistently five star. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the cold buffet had everything I could have wanted. The lunch menu was so varied it actually took me a moment to decide what to order. I’m certain I gained a few pounds despite only staying a few days.
Housekeeping kept the room perfect, and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced service at this level before. Never have they checked in so frequently or have been so willing to help. I want to give special recognition to a manager named **Neha A.** she was exceptional, and I will always remember her kindness and professionalism.
My time in India left me wanting to explore even more of this beautiful country, and I will absolutely return to The Oberoi in Mumbai on my next visit. Great value. Great experience.
