The Oberoi sets the standards by which all hotels should be judged, off the scale
Pros:

Everything about our stay was exceptional - from the quality of fittings throughout the hotel, the roof top bar and restaurants and the wonderful room we stayed in but most of we were bowled over by the dedication and service of every member of staff we met.

Excellent service
Pros:

Everything, the attention to detail. The personal acknowledgement and serving all our needs as a family. They never say no if they don't have it they source a way of getting it to you. I felt looked after as if I were at home. The surprising moments when we'd come back to our room and find gifts etc for our children. Very very thoughtful. The restaurant catered for anything dietary or what the boys enjoy eating at home and have it discussing made for them. Good was amazing!

Cons:

There isn't anything I didn't like. We would definitely stay again.
