According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

O café não estava incluso , eu nao vi essa informação na compra e imaginei que tivesse.
Só café da manhã.
Tive um enorme transtorno com o cancelamento do vôo e mesmo avisando a acomodação no horário do que foi cancelado, eles cobraram o valor integral. Quarto com ar condicionado que não funcionava direito, pequeno e apertado que não dava pra entrar no quarto sem encostar na cama.

Après réclamation auprès du personnel à mon arrivée, pas de réponse durant mon séjour.

Stayed here for three nights arranged by our tour company. Good location with great access to the beach. My room was comfortable but could have been a little cleaner; mostly dust. Breakfast was fine, however, the staff could not understand English nor were English menu’s available if you wanted to have lunch or dinner at the hotel. Google translate was a real life saver!

Ficamos em um quarto de acessibilidade, então a cama era baixa e o banheiro, espelho, chuveiro eram adaptados também dificultando a utilização por pessoas de alta estatura. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo e o ar-condicionado estava pingando água no chão.
Loved to stay in this hotel. Eda was amazing host at lobby bar. She speaks many languages and serves really well to her guests.

The room we had booked was VERY POOR. It was advertised as a an executive partial side sea view with balcony. However, the balcony was TINY, and very narrow-about the width of a kitchen worktop! There was standing room only, and the room was actually up a dark alley, with the wall of an apartment block opposite. Very dark and oppressive and actually made me cry with disappointment. And we were in our honeymoon. We did try to upgrade but hotel was full. The reception staff did try, and were very helpful. However, The balcony situation should be made clearer with an actual photo, as this ruined our stay.
