According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Limpieza deficiente y era imposible descansar en la mañana porque desde temprano el personal de aseo estaba con ruidos de puertas, aspiradoras, hablaban fuerte etc. el precio era demasiado para la calidad. Solo pagué la ubicación
De locatie
La atención fue muy buena, fueron atentos, me ayudaron con mi equipaje mientras esperaba que se habilitara el Checkt In, dado que llegué casi una hora antes, como también después del checkt out guardaron el equipaje porq tenía vuelo 4 horas después. Sus trabajadores hablaban español, lo que facilitó mucho la comunicación. También adaptaron la opción de cambiar la cama a una de dos plazas.
Quizás un poco más de iluminación en la pieza, porq las luces estaban en la banca, el mini bar y en la pared de la cama. Entonces una luz en el cielo hubiese sido mejor. Igualmente las luces en la pared de la cama le daba mistica, aveces se necesita una luz central en el cielo.
Todos, ubicación, limpieza, el lay out de la habitación y q tienen un color de encendido y apagado general, muy moderna la habitación.
Localização perfeita, inclusive com comodidades (cadeira e guarda-sol) exclusivo na praia. Pessoal da recepção super atencioso. Cama super confortável.
Chão do quarto um pouco sujo e arenoso. Saí na "varanda" e voltei com o pé preto. Box do banheiro com vazamento, chão todo molhado depois do banho.

O hotel é lindo, bem decorado, localização excelente, fácil de ir para os lugares, seguro. O café da manhã é sensacional, acordar de frente pra praia é tudo de bom.
