Very convenient because it’s so close from the airport
Pros:

I love that the place was 5 mn away from the airport. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was great especially when you have to fly and will be subject to airport food (fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, cereals, freshly pressed juice etc). The room was great spacious and large enough for two friends with différents sleep patterns. I love that there was a nice sitting area with a comfy couch separated from the rest of the bedroom by a beautiful screen.

Cons:

The air conditioning system was very loud. It did bother me (I am a light sleeper) but it did not bother my friend (heavy sleeper)

421 bathroom has black mold

Cons:

The hallways smell like mildew, the property is not like the other Hyatts seems like a previous hotel. Our room 421 had black mold in the bathroom. We spoke to the attendant Daniela and was told I’d get a refund, they told booking they couldn’t come to an agreement and only got $21.69 from booking…

Comfortable sofa for families, friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Comfortable sectional sofa and beds. The little kitchenette was handy. Staff were very helpful to allow me to keep my same room throughout my stay. It was a little crazy since it was college graduation weekend.

Cons:

Bathroom needs an update, but it was clean. A comfort height toilet would be nice.

The weekend was 92 degress, The pool was closed due to not meeting the inspection, We were disappointed it was hot and wanted to jump in the swimming pool.

All was good except there was no towels in our room, and the Ice machine was broken in our floor we had to come down to the main lobby to ask for ice,
