Pros:

Сподобалось, шо на рецепції розуміли українську мову. Чистота в номері була відмінна.

Cons:

Шо заїзд після 15.00, а виїзд до 12.00, шо я вважаю закоротким період перебування в готелі. І санвузол погано ізольований від кімнати: напівпрозоре скло і вирізаний отвір в дверях.

Absolut freundliches Personal und super saubere Zimmer!!!

Cons:

Die Lage war etwas schlecht wegen den vielen Bauarbeiten, wofür Sie absolut nichts konnten, ansonsten wäre die Lage top!!

Das Frühstück war gut.

Das Zimmer lag direkt an der Straße im 1. OG, es war damit auch bei geschlossenen Fenster laut. Mitten in der Nacht fuhr ein LKW vor und nahm Anlieferungen vor - Schlagen von Türen und Rattern von Gitterwagen. Die Klimaanlage war deaktiviert, das recht kleine Zimmer war damit zu warm, Lüften über das Fenster wegen des Lärms nicht möglich.

Pros:

I really don't understand the negative reviews. our stay was really nice, all the staff was friendly and did their job perfectly, breakfast had a lot of options and they refill it all the time, very comfortable bed, super quiet during the night, we never heard other people or other disturbing noises. yes, there are constructions at the next trainstation but you can easily walk there, not a problem at all.

Cons:

we stayed there for 4 nights and the cleaning staff never made it to our room, we had to ask for fresh towels that one time we saw them outside our room. but we also slept in so maybe they only come at a specific time in the morning?! we were gone during the day, there would have been enough time to check our room.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit vielen Erlebnissen
Pros:

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Reise nach /in Hamburg. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Erlebnisse bereicherten unseren Aufenthalt. Wir haben auch neue Ecken Hamburgs kennen gelernt.

Cons:

Gut wäre ein Schrank oder eine weitere Abstellmöglichkeit für Kleidung im Hotel.

Bonjour,
L' emplacement retiré du centre. Il y a le train à 1km mais quand on ne connait pas la langue très hard. Le personnel à l' accueil est vraiment très très désagréable en particulier Isabelle. Aucun effort, nous ne parlons pas la langue et très peu l' anglais mais nous avions un traducteur. Elle n arrêtait de souffler, merci au monsieur de l' hôtel qui a pris les choses en main ainsi que Jasmine qui parlait l' espagnol qui est venue à nous. Isabelle dés qu elle nous voyez (nous étions 4) souffler en regardant ses collègues. Sa discrétion n' est pas son fort et son accueil auprès des clients français est vraiment désolant et à revoir. Elle a manqué vraiment de professionnalisme surtout dans un hôtel. Elle a été très vexante envers nous. Elle nous a pris pour des ignorants, des imbéciles. Elle s est fait plaindre par ses collègues qui n arrêtaient pas de nous regarder. C était amusant à voir.
Nous sommes restés 2 nuits, la chambre n' a pas été faite ni les serviettes de toilette changées. Peut être, est ce normal ?

C'est bien la première fois que j' exprime mon mécontentement depuis plusieurs années de Booking.
