Check your bill! They triple charged me
Pros:

Comfortable stay

Cons:

They charged my card two separate times for a ridiculous amount even after I paid through booking.com. If I didn’t follow up the charges would still be there

Nice facility. Would be open to staying again, but it overpriced and I would check in before 9 o’clock to avoid evening
Pros:

The rooms were nice and beautiful and so is the lobby. And they had a great pool area.

Cons:

We are not contacted about the water outage issue and didn’t discover that until we arrived at 10:30 at night. And the check-in staff Lady gave us a hard time as we were asking questions about it to understand. And felt stuck in the situation. I haven’t gotten that much attitude from a service representative in awhile.

A good hotel that needs some updates.
Pros:

The rooms were a nice size. I liked the vanity/mirror and sink was separate from the toilet and shower because I can fix my hair and makeup while my partner take a shower or use the bathroom. The lobby was up to date and pleasing to the eye. I loved the shower head water pressure.

Cons:

I felt my king room was very dated. Popcorn cealings and furniture seemed pretty old. The bottom of the door to the bathroom was buckling and the paint was pealing. The shower curtain magnet did not stick to the tub, so the water pressure kept making it blow and move.

It was good.
Pros:

The room was impeccable. The elevator was great. The cleaning personnel was great. The desk people were great.

Cons:

My bed was lumpy. The breakfast is terrible.

This is a very nice property. I expect to return next time my travels bring me to the island.
Pros:

The property was clean, looked well maintained. The staff members were professional and pleasant. It was easy to reserve.

Cons:

There was nothing about the property I didn't like. It was as presented during the reservation process.

Good location to explore Newport for the day. Convenient for getting in and out of town.

Cons:

Just be aware: Not much nearby in terms of walking to restaurants or services but several things a short drive away.

Order one room got anoyher
Pros:

We came a family of 5, ordered and paid in advance for a room for 5. When we arrived, there were no rooms available. We ended up sleeping 5 grown people in one small room. Very disappointing and uncomfortable.
