This is a very nice property. I expect to return next time my travels bring me to the island.
Pros:

The property was clean, looked well maintained. The staff members were professional and pleasant. It was easy to reserve.

Cons:

There was nothing about the property I didn't like. It was as presented during the reservation process.

Pros:

Good location to explore Newport for the day. Convenient for getting in and out of town.

Cons:

Just be aware: Not much nearby in terms of walking to restaurants or services but several things a short drive away.

Order one room got anoyher
Pros:

We came a family of 5, ordered and paid in advance for a room for 5. When we arrived, there were no rooms available. We ended up sleeping 5 grown people in one small room. Very disappointing and uncomfortable.

Staff were rude, openly scoffing and sighing when requesting room turnover or mentioning poor smell or state of room. We requested our room be freshened up due to smell of smoke and weed in room prior to leaving for afternoon, and room had not been visited upon our arrival that evening

Pros:

The staff were great! My partner lost his cell phone in the pool area and a staff member found it and returned it very quickly to the front desk. The front desk was so helpful and recommended beaches, things to do, etc. We liked it so much we extended our stay another night!

Cons:

You definitely need a car in this location, but if you have one then you're in close proximity to almost everything!

Can’t complain. Served its purpose and lived the indoor outdoor pool
Pros:

The property was close to everything. Walmart, Old Navy, Marshall’s, Dollar Tree, tons and tons of restaurants.

Cons:

The bathroom was not entirely clean when we arrived. So that was a little problematic. But everything else was really nice. Can’t complain
