Need a hot tub
We have stayed here several times and the hotel has made some very nice updates! Including new doors and entry locks from the last time we had stayed. It was VERY clean which with two little kids was a big win. There were numerous clean pool towels in the pool area as well which was great because we forgot ours. The breakfast was nice and staff were continuously checking to make sure there was plenty.
There was not much about the property we didn’t like!

The bed was uncomfortable the phone was not plugged in.It looks run down it was not what I was expecting

Toilet did not work. Didn't get another room until 1230am. Very exhausting and frustrating especially with tired children.
Staff was friendly.
The phone was not hooked up. No phone cord, just the phone for looks. We could not hook up to the WiFi with our laptop. The front desk told us that there was a firewall for laptops and had us call a Holiday Inn IT tech to get it connected. There was a dirty sock from previous guest left laying under the chair in the room. There were black hairs all over the tub and sink in the bathroom.
Hotel was clean but basic. Breakfast was a bit sparse.

The property presents some inconvenience when attempting to get to the aforementioned hospital. While I understand having a concrete barrier in the median of both streets going east/west and north/south cannot be changed, it would be very helpful to provide access to the road to the east where there is a traffic light. I believe it is Cass St. Please open up your parking lot on the east to allow vehicles to drive east to access Cass St.
