Goed verblijf en fijne locatie, maar er is duidelijk ruimte voor verbetering in hygiëne, geluidsisolatie en ontbijt
Pros:

De locatie was erg goed en rustig, en het bed was comfortabel. De kamer was ruim en het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Wij verbleven hier negen nachten, van 2 t/m 11 september. De hygiëne op de 4e verdieping kan beter en de kamer werd niet iedere dag schoongemaakt. Ook was het behoorlijk gehorig; vooral voetstappen van andere gasten waren duidelijk hoorbaar. Het ontbijt viel tegen: de eieren waren meerdere dagen lauw en koelden zeer snel af, en de worst was droog. Sommige medewerkers bij het ontbijt kwamen bovendien onvriendelijk en weinig gastvrij over.

Een comfortabel en verzorgd hotel op een fijne locatie, maar de gastvrijheid van sommige medewerkers kunnen duidelijk be

De kamer was ruim, comfortabel en netjes. De locatie in Tuckahoe was voor ons erg prettig en een goede uitvalsbasis voor onze uitstapjes naar New York. Het hotel zelf zag er verzorgd uit en over het algemeen hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad.

Het ontbijt kon beter.

Een schoon en comfortabel hotel, maar de voorzieningen op de kamer mogen wat moderner.
Pros:

De kamer was ruim, schoon en comfortabel. Het hotel zag er netjes en verzorgd uit en we hebben hier goed kunnen uitrusten. Ook de ligging in Tuckahoe vonden we prettig en praktisch voor onze reis. Over het algemeen een fijne en comfortabele overnachting.

Cons:

Wat we misten op de kamer waren USB-C-aansluitingen. Tegenwoordig gebruiken steeds meer telefoons en andere apparaten USB-C, dus het zou fijn zijn als er USB-C-laadpunten bij het bed of bureau aanwezig waren. Voor een modern hotel is dit eigenlijk wel iets wat je verwacht.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The laundry room was quite dirty, and I was told that it had been in that condition for several days. This is definitely something that could be cleaned and maintained more regularly. In the evening, I also noticed several pizza boxes and some trash left in the hallway, probably by guests near the trash bins. However, by the next morning everything in the hallway had been cleaned up and looked neat again, which I appreciated.
