Pros:

I was up graded to a bigger room with only a small charge. The staff were very helpful with my request. The breakfast was adequate and you could request for more coffee from the barista. The location was about 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Easy access to restaurants, ATM and small supermarkets. All facilities worked well.
