Nice, clean, modern hotel
Pros:

Hotel was lovely, great location, no problems. Staff were friendly and hotel felt warm, safe and modern. We paid extra for a room with a balcony that had a nice view over the park.

Cons:

We stayed for our honeymoon, the night after our wedding, and since they asked me to fill out a survey beforehand, clicking the 'honeymoon' option on the drop-down menu, I thought they might leave a nice note or a bottle of something in the room like a lot of hotels do - but we received nothing, so this was a bit disappointing. The elevator is also tiny and takes ages to come (sometimes going right past us to other floors).

Pros:

We paid extra for a balcony room which was very pretty but not practical to sit on for two people, one person would struggle. The room was very nice with a lovely view over the trees and seemed clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a little cramped but compact. Our room rate excluded breakfast so it was expensive for the size of the room but guess that's Paris. The hotel is well placed and central for what we wanted.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little small and we found a long hair on the side of the sink which was of putting.
The balcony was disappointing. Very disappointing to have no water in the room. We support the use of no plastic, but other hotels use re-usable glass bottles with lids. It's not practical to carry a glass carafe 5 floors to the foyer to get water which is the system. For a 4 star hotel, fresh water should be supplied in each room as a minimum.
The public areas on the ground floor lacked atmosphere.

Amazing, memorable
Pros:

The room was amazing, spacious and comfortable. Loved having the small balcony, great view and loved sitting outside and listening to the sounds of Paris.

Gorgeous 3rd Rdd Hotel
Pros:

lovely and clean with a great little balcony ( room we selected) looking across a park. Very comfortable room

Cons:

Room and bathroom soooo small. Just a small hook each to hang towels so they didn’t really dry.

Great location but overpriced hotel and poor amenities.
Pros:

It was in a great location. The hotel lacked amenities. The staff were ok but not great or overly helpful. They seemed short staffed on our visit. The food wasn’t that good either. We felt the hotel was overpriced for what it was.

Cons:

The lift was small. The room service was expensive and the food was cold. They seemed to be short staffed. There wasn’t really a bar, the breakfast room doubled as a “bar” but there were never any staff to help.
