Bien. Volvería!!!
Pros:

El desayuno bien, pero muy poco lugar para desayunar. El personal excelente . Sobretodo Kevin! Todos muy atentos.

New York site seeing
Pros:

Great location for getting to the subway, Times Square and most site seeing sites. Clean room, yes the breakfast area is small but time it right you get to enjoy freshly made waffles and plenty of other breakfast staples.

Great Location and Clean, but Terrible Staff and Breakfast
Pros:

What I liked about this hotel was primarily its great location. The room itself was very clean, which I definitely appreciated. Additionally, having black coffee available on the way out was a helpful and welcome touch for starting the day.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several major drawbacks. The breakfast was terrible and completely not worth paying for; honestly, it is best to pretend it doesn't exist and not include it in your plans at all. The customer service was also a huge disappointment. The entire team seemed constantly frustrated and irritated, and several different employees treated us very poorly, making for a highly unpleasant experience. Finally, the room was extremely cramped, and despite my initial thoughts, the beds were ultimately not comfortable at all.

Un bon rapport qualité prix mais mérite d'être amélioré
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien ! La literie est confortable et une partie du personnel est super souriante. Les ascenseurs fonctionnent bien également.

Cons:

La porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas à clé. Le petit déjeuner rest trop basique et très peu de places assises.

Excelente ubicación, atención del personal, la comida muy bien, las habitaciones aunque sean pequeñas son muy acogedoras, limpias, y realmente lindas. La cama muy cómoda también.

Frühstück - Auswahl kaum vorhanden, Frühstücksraum zu klein und ohne Fenster (im Keller). Essen von Papptellern mit Einweggeschirr!
Dusche - ohne Wasserdruck und entweder kaltes oder kochend heißes Wasser!
Fenster nicht zu öffnen - lüften unmöglich!

La situación a 10m de Times Square y a 15m del Empire State.
El personal del desayuno encantador y atentos a que todo estuviera listo. Muy amables!!
Muy limpias las habitaciones y con detalles.

Se andate a New York bisogna soggiornare qui
Pros:

Struttura nel pieno centro di New york, stanze piccole ma comunque nella media.
Servizi ottimi, acqua caffè e biscotti caldi gratuiti a disposizione dei clienti .
Staff gentilissimo e molto attento.
Pulizia eccezionale.
Colazione buona ed inclusa( il che a New York è davvero un lusso)
Rapporto qualità prezzo al di sopra delle nostre aspettative.
