Would never stay here again nor recommend to anyone I like.
Cons:

The lobby frequently smelled of sewage. The breakfast area had gnats and only a B rating. The halls were narrow and the cleaning staff was extremely noisy, talking and laughing very loudly. The rooms are extremely tiny, no counter area at all in bathroom, just a small glass shelf that ripped downwards, not allowing anything to stay on it.

Clean comfortable and quiet hotel in excellent central Manhattan location.
Pros:

Location is excellent for subways and transport links. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff especially kind and attentive.

Cons:

Breakfast room a bit small but didn’t spoil overall.
