Расположение отеля просто класс. Персонал приветливый и всегда идет на встречу вашим проблемам. Отдыхали большой компанией, из которых некоторые были первый раз в Турции и остались очень довольны.

Thoroughly enjoyable
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the reception staff. They went above and beyond to help me, as I had had a medical procedure and was a little incapacitated. I will definitely stay there in future visits.

Просторно, спокойно, гостеприимный персонал.
Pros:

Очень понравилось: в номере приятно находиться, хороший завтрак, дружелюбный персонал, всегда готовый помочь. Чисто, все удобства работают, как надо. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить за русскоязычность некоторого персонала, это помогло чуть больше расслабиться.

Cons:

Чуть далековато от центра и просторных пляжей, но это может быть и плюсом для вас в зависимости от того, что вы хотите. Это не недостаток, а скорее просто особенность.

Cons:

Единственный недочёт: некоторые номера одного класса более "пользованные": во второй раз нам попалась комната с менее свежим ремонтом и плохо работающей подсветкой зеркала, но это мелочи. Уверен, что если бы мы обратились к персоналу с этой проблемой, нам бы помогли.

Great location and spacious rooms
Pros:

Great location, underground shaded parking if you're hiring a car. Staff were very helpful. Kitchenette and washing machine was handy. I asked for a clothes maiden and it was brought up straight away.

Cons:

It would be handy if the rooms were supplied with a mini washing up liquid, a sponge and tea towel.

Amazing stay will definitely stay again
Pros:

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The rooms were also great, very comfortable, daily cleans so the room stayed tidy. Overall very happy I’ll definitely visit again when I’m Antalya.
