The bedding and toilet odor.
Modern, beautiful clean apartments. Near shopping and areas of interest. Lovely swimming pool and amazing gym.
Could not find iron or ironing board in room.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and responsive throughout our stay. After we reported the cleanliness and maintenance issues, the management apologised, sent a cleaner promptly, and carried out a thorough cleaning, which we appreciated. The breakfast had a limited selection but was fresh and enjoyable. We also liked the swimming pool, which was in a pleasant, relaxing location. Additionally, there were many restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops within walking distance, making it convenient for daily needs.
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the initial condition of the room. We found used items left behind by previous guests, including chocolate wrappers, empty bottles, and personal hygiene item packaging in the drawers. The cupboards and soap trays were dusty and unclean, and the bedsheets did not appear to be properly cleaned. There were also several maintenance issues, including a loose/broken electrical cable for the hanging light, a broken dressing drawer that fell off when opened, and a non-functioning central AC in one of the upstairs bedroom, which had been replaced with a window AC unit.
We had to report these issues and even discussed a refund and moving out. The management apologised and arranged cleaning, which improved the situation, but the initial experience was not what we expected. The location was also not ideal for visiting the main attractions, as they were quite far when using public transport.
المكان نظيف جدا ، تعامل الموظفين راقي جدا ، الموظف فخري والموظف إفكان والموظف أتلا ،، جميعهم محترمين ، الفندق يقع في مكان هادئ جدا ويتوفر فيه مواقف بالبدروم وفطور صباحي ويتوفر مسبح وجم ، الدور الرابع يتوفر فيه اربع شقق كبيره صاله ومطبخ ودورة مياه واعلى غرفين نوم ودورتين مياه وبلكونه ويتوفر غساله ،،، خدمات التنظيف رائعه جدا والموظفات محترمات جدا ، فندق نوكس هو الفندق الوحيد في منطقة لارى اللذي وجدنا فيه ثلاث غرف ، المنطقة بشكل عام مرتبه ونظيفه واكثر السياح العوائل الاجانب ، اهل المنطقة تعاملهم راقي جدا ، وبشكل عام منطقة لارى لاتختلف عن الدول الاوربيه سوى اننا نسمع صوت الاذان ، لو جئت مرة اخرى لانطاليا سوف اقيم بهذا الفندق

Great apartments - everything is new, clean, and spacious. There is a swimming pool, which was a great bonus. Delicious breakfast. The apartment is located in a quiet area. The staff were very friendly; they upgraded our room to a higher category and even allowed us to stay by the pool after check-out while we were waiting for our flight. They also brought us complimentary water. We were very satisfied. Thank you!

I stayed with my family for total 7 days in this beautiful hotel, with a beautiful and friendly staff
Its was an amazing and clean place with good suites and rooms as well
I highly recommend and for sure if again we will come back to Antalya we will choose it again and again
Special thanks to mister Efkan.. he helped us a lot and arrange for us a special van to take us to Fethiye with a good , safe and nice driver
Also he helped us when our child get fever he helped us and bring for us a private doctor and he insisted to come with the doctor at the night
