Has to ask for bathroom to be reclined. Light bulb needed and phone rechecked. Musty smell in lobby.

All a little dated, tiny elevator and bathrooms. Nothing so bad that I'd question staying here again.

Dirty, a/c only worked in half the unit had to go buy a fan to keep cool, phone would ring in middle of the night multiple times, outdated
Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and they allowed us to do early check-in. Perfect walking distance location for an event at Reliant Stadium. Good restaurants in the area.
Exterior of building needs some repair in areas, particularly the area around the water feature.

It’s close to NRG stadium
We were attending a concert at NRG as most of the hotel was. We were charged an additional $30 to park at the hotel because of the concert. They were also selling parking at the entrance for $40 and those people could park anywhere they wanted. Only 1 of 2 elevators worked, and the stairway is off limits. Yes, no one was allowed to use the stairs. We waited 15-20 mins to get on the elevator. The rooms are outdated and the computer chair was completely broken. I personally won’t be staying there again. It is a poorly run hotel trying to charge like a 4 star upscale hotel and providing a 1 star experience.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación, pedí cambio y me dieron otra habitación con el aire acondicionado que no funcionaba, finalmente al tercer intento me dieron una habitación funcional. En el Business Center había cucarachas muertas. La recepcionista de la madrugada no fue muy colaborativa, sin embargo la gerente fue muy amable y empática y ayudó mucho.

Thank you to Wyndham owners , employees, and employers for creating the space a young man like myself needed to clear his mind in a world so loud. Mainly a thank you too Vanessa front desk young lady. She had the patience and respect towards her significant other first and foremost. Too hear the healed , healthy , father I am . She deserves all the blessings coming her way for being the light in the darkness. Again Thank you to all for creating the space needed for her to not only hear but to be heard as well.
I don't know where these poor ratings are coming from. The hotel was very clean, and our suite was the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was larger than our first home!
Our stay was outstanding. The pool was very clean - and we are picky. We have a pool of our own.
We met the most delightful gentleman working there - Martin. We are going to have to travel down there a lot to MD Anderson and we will definitely be staying here again - actually next week. We look forward to visiting with Martin again.
I also had a nice surprise. I didn't realize it at the time, but I worked at this hotel 50 years ago when it was the Astroworld Hotel.
