The way aysu welcome and guide us, we decided to extend our stay here till our flight back. She has a very good dealing. Very much welcoming environment and good ambiance. Also, murad and shahin are also so cooperative

Останавливалась в Theatrum Hotel и осталась очень довольна. Отель находится в самом центре Баку, поэтому до всех интересных мест можно легко дойти пешком. Это очень удобно.

Отель красивый, уютный и полностью соответствует уровню 4-звёздочного luxury-отеля. В номере было очень чисто, тихо и комфортно.

Особенно хочу отметить сотрудников ресепшена — очень добрые, улыбчивые и всегда готовы помочь. Благодаря им с первых минут чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Также большое спасибо руководству отеля за отличную организацию и высокий уровень сервиса.

С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и обязательно буду рекомендовать Theatrum Hotel своим друзьям и знакомым.

Pros:

Location is amazing , centric and everything is around you.
Also the staff were awesome how they welcome and assisted me in my special requests especially aysu , shahin and naila thank you guys for making my stay fantastic overall was really good experience for me and my family.

Cons:

I just have one comment when any guest send the hotel message please consider all of the guest requests first when replying and show how you are taking care of then start offering your services after cause it may let the guest put some expectations however this did not affect my stay cause they was very helpful.

Only Location is good and outside seating area
Breakfast was OK you have to ask for omlate, pan cakes and fries.

Hotel needs renovation
