Pros:

Great hotel and stands for its five star status for the service, environment and the hospitality. Shower and AC is a bit dated, but service is great!

Good value but nothing supricing
Pros:

I spent 4 nights on a business trip in this hotel, it was basic global chain resort with clean and nice rooms. The buffet breakfast and dinner opportunities in house brought ease since Xian is not that touristy place so other dinner options where not that close

Pros:

The staff were all very friendly, Jerry Gao n Jennifer at biz lounge.
My suite was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortably bathroom spacious n bright.
I will certainly come back.
Wish they were more seafood at the buffet.
Overall very happy, clean, smells great n lovely friendly people.

Pros:

One of my reasons for choosing the hotel was that it had a pool. I was disappointed when I arrived to find out that the pool was under maintenance for the duration of my stay. It would have been helpful to know before =hand that this was the case.

A Short, Positive Review
Pros:

Our stay was outstanding, in general, and regarding the hotel, OK. The issue with the hotel is it’s location, obviously something that can’t be remedied. Maybe as a business traveler this isn’t an issue, but as a tourist, the remote location is a negative. Otherwise, the ambiance and services at the hotel were very good and the price was great.

Clean Comfortable and Convenient
Pros:

Im a regular at the sheraton. It's comfortable clean and convenient. Getting a taxi from there is a bit slow but that because of chimese taxis, not the hotel.
