Overall it was a very good stay. Location was just right for our purposes.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The little "omelets" were good. Sausage was the offering on both mornings of our stay. I would like to have seen bacon offered on one of the mornings.

Cons:

The tv remote did not display the Guide and channel selection was by non-sequential numbers only, with no channel description. So it was impossible to tell what channel/program was being selected. Therefore, it took a lot of time trying to find something we wanted to watch.

It's a good price for a clean room, but don't expect too much.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very nice. The hotel was in a good spot for our needs. We did not have the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

Cons:

The A/C did not work well. It would not cool the room very much. Also, the bed far too soft. We could not sleep well due to being on a marshmellow.

Overall, I would recommend!
Pros:

I thought the bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious.

Cons:

A shower bar was loose and toilet seat was loose.

Une belle surprise !
Pros:

Nous avons été agréablement surpris en découvrant notre chambre puisque c'était plus un petit appartement (avec cuisine équipée, salon, une grande chambre). C'était propre, la literie très confortable. L'emplacement était top, proche de Bricktown, à faire absolument (un vrai coup de cœur). Petit déjeuner classique pour les États-Unis. Franchement un très bon rapport qualité prix.

A great new hotel near Bricktown.
Pros:

The whole hotel is very new - and as a result is in great condition. The room and other facilities were all fresh, clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, and the location was good with simple access to the highway and city.

Cons:

Only two things to note here:
1) We arrived at the hotel shortly after the check-in time, but had to wait ~20mins to get into the room. This was a little frustrating, as we'd planned to arrive early to head out to an attraction on arrival, but this was delayed. Nothing too major, but a bugbear of mine when the check-in time is clearly posted.
2) Not the fault of the hotel directly, but the surrounding construction of other hotels does make the area around the hotel look a bit scruffy. Something that'll be sorted out in time, I'm sure.
