It smelled like wet towels in the hotel including elevators
Cleanliness, breakfast, friendly staff and great location to the Battery and Truist park
The indoor outdoor pool? It was warm enough to use however for some reason
The outdoor area around pool was still closed and not open for the season. So the indoor portion was mostly clean outdoor portion had lots of debris on the deck and no chairs were set up outside. We stayed 4 nights and I never saw anyone in the pool.

This stay was for my boyfriend’s birthday. Our first birthday together. All he wanted was a Braves game. I called the hotel about 5 days before check in to request that some balloons and a cake that I want to have delivered Saturday night while we’re out to dinner be placed in our room as a surprise. The extremely rude young man who answered the phone said not only could they not accommodate that but that I may not even be able to check into my room at 3 pm because they are so busy. He suggested I talk to the person at the desk when I check in. His suggestion was not realistic though since I needed to order the items in advance AND my boyfriend would be with me at check in. I attempted calling back 3 times to ask for a manager and the phone was not answered, just rang and rang.
At that point I reached out to Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty customer service. The woman who called me back said she would fill out a complaint to submit to the location and offered to call the property for me. After calling them she let me know the same young man answered for her and gave her the same answer. She asked for the manager to which the young man replied “He won’t be back til Monday.” I said to her that was absurd. The young man made a point to highlight that it was a sold out every night weekend due to 3 Braves home games, being a holiday weekend and also have several large groups but you’re telling me there will be no manager on site all weekend? I am not asking for anything more than 5 minutes for someone to go up to the room, place the items and turn around and leave. This is not a La Quinta. I expected far better customer service from Marriott. She offered to speak to her supervisor. After speaking to him she let me know that there was nothing he could do because I booked through booking.com and he told her that since I booked through them she shouldn’t have even contacted the property on my behalf. She said that I needed to contact booking.com with my request and complaints.

Plumbing issues in room, ac not working properly, restaurant not great
Friendliness of the staff , they were so nice and accommodating.
We got to our room and I was checking out the T.V. cabinet and found somebodies socks and underwear stuffed in the cabinet below the T.V. but it was not a big deal , we just called housekeeping to come get them , but it did not make our stay any less than fantastic !!
It was close to dining,, shopping , The Battery and Truist Park. We could walk to these places from the hotel.
I can't think of a thing I didn't like.
