Pros:

Water constantly on the floor in the bathroom because of an issue with the shower doors. No hot water at the beverage sink.

Really nice, but I was sad that the power was out most of stay.
Pros:

I liked how nice and well kept it was. The staff was so nice and helpful as well!

Cons:

The power was out for most of my stay from 7:30pm-9:00am the next morning, however I think this was a city issue not the hotels fault.

A very memorable nice getaway for me and my husband
Pros:

The property was very close within walking distance to the Braves game and the battery. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with smiles greeted everyone. The hot breakfast in the morning was nice. They even allowed us to keep our vehicle, parked in the parking deck on the day of checkout until we returned from the game to then proceed on our way home. Thank you for helping create a memorable 250th Anniversary America weekend getaway for me and my husband.

Pros:

Perfect location and the room was great!! However it was July 4th weekend very crowded and the Braves had a game each day. The elevators were broke the whole time. The pool never got opened up cause it was green and they said it would be ready Saturday morning, It wasn’t. There is not stairs that go to the lobby meaning elevators broke you have to use service ones which sucks cause it took 20 mins to go four floors to lobby. Won’t stay ever again. Wanted to enjoy July 4th at the pool then go to the game that night and didn’t get to do that. You have to use your room key to get in and out of the parking garage which they don’t tell you leaving ppl at the gate waiting cause they cked out and don’t have card

Cons:

Elevators were broke, no ice machine on 4th floor had to go all the way to the 12th floor just to get ice with them not working so making it impossible to get ice and back to room in a timely manner. POOL WAS CLOSED THE WHOLE WEEKEND!! Ruined our trip

Awesome ATL accommodations!
Pros:

The room was perfect. This hotel is always clean and the staff so friendly.

Cons:

There were issues with the elevators and upon check in and checkout, the wait was over 15-20mins. The breakfast buffet is single line, therefore it creates a long wait time for guests, especially when the rooms are fully booked. I would suggest a different set up in order to accommodate more guests and help keep the wait time down.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The room was the bomb….it had two tv, one for the bedroom and one for what looked like a living room! And I had a pool side view….it looked like a mini apartment and was beautifully decorated. I really felt comfortable

Cons:

Walk ability was horrible….i would want to cross the street ever again….and there were lots of hills, the pool area didn’t look inviting to me but that was ok because I only stayed for one day. Breakfast was not good

The room was nice

Cons:

They have 19 floors with 3 elevators and only one was working. If you took the stairs you could only go down to the 3rd floor and then you were stuck with no where to go. One of the housekeeping people took us to their service elevator to get us down to the lobby. Their were guests who walked down from floors 16 who had the same issues. For what we paid it should have been exceptional.This was my first and last time staying at this hotel.
