La stanza della prima notte era un po' carente ma già la seconda notte ce l'hanno cambiata. Al mattino presto possono essere un po' rumorose se ci sono partenze o gite in mongolfiera in quanto non molto insonorizzate. La pulizia delle stanze va migliorata

Pros:

Great location with easy parking. The center with shops and restaurants is easily walkable, still the hotel is located at a corner. Breakfast was amazing, many fresh salads and plenty of options. You can see balloons from the terrasse (5-6am!). There is a pool, but we only used our private whirlpool. The hotel can help with trips and transportation. Very friendly staff. Sleeping in a cave room was a very unique experience. We enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend this hotel!

It was within walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

We had asked for breakfast packs as we were leaving at 07:30 on the last morning and they agreed. But in the morning we left we were met with a very rude staff member who was of no help. And we left without breakfast- after it was promised.

The comfortable and nicely decorated room. The pool was so nice because you could feel the landscape.

Cons:

It did not have an elevator. Also the hot air balloon market is like stock exchange. Ballon companies set a price every morning and then depending on the demand it can go up mid day and then go down in the evening if places are left. Book through travel agencies -there are numerous in Goreme- and not through hotels. I booked the previous morning for 115 euros and some other co- travellers at the same balloon for the same day flight booked it for 130 euros. So check well before making any final reservation and payment.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Elite Cave Hotel. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, with a large swimming pool and a separate pool for kids, which is great for families. The garden area adds a nice relaxing touch to the overall atmosphere.

The breakfast was good and enjoyable, though it would be even better with a bit more variety. There is ample car parking available, which made things very convenient.

A special mention to the receptionist, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. They also allowed me an early check-in, which I really appreciated after a long journey.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend staying here.

I liked that it was out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. But walking distance to everything. Room was amazing and even had a private traditional Hammam.

Es el peor hotel de todo nuestro viaje a Turquía,el baño está viejo ,con moho . Las sábanas y toallas desgastadas y hasta rotas,necesitan una renovación total.Te ofrecen un desayuno para llevar y cuando vas a recogerlo por la mañana temprano dicen que no saben nada.
