It was a clean property
They had a gas leak had to evacuate us. Fire Dept was there 4pm they didn’t call text to tell us we were evacuating until 1130 at night.
We were told we would be moved to an upgraded Hilton property. Instead, we were first sent to the wrong hotel. After finally being redirected, the room we received was not an upgrade, but a downgrade.
I am a single mother traveling with two children. After an already stressful situation, we arrived late only to find there were not adequate sleeping accommodations. One of my children had to sleep on the floor using hotel bedding, and we did not get settled until approximately 2:00 AM.
I have attached photos to show the conditions we were left with. This is not what any guest should experience, especially after being displaced and reassured we would be taken care of.
I work hard to provide my children with meaningful vacations, and this situation was both disappointing and exhausting. The compensation offered does not reflect the level of inconvenience, stress, and lack of proper accommodations we experienced.
Clean and beautiful
Lots of poop in dog walking area and other grass areas not cleaned up! I brought my dogs (Great Danes) and always picked up their poop!

The Fire Department closed them down due to gas leak. So I didn't stay there. No prior notification before arriving. They paid for one night at another hotel, not their sister property. We had to find sleeping arrangements for the second night. The staff that met me in the lobby was polite and professional. Since I prepaid, she informed me they will need to contact the third party booking company regarding the cancelation.
My rating is not fair, since there wasn't an "N/A" face.
The hot breakfast, bar, and restaurant was fantastic.
