Séjour agréable avec promenade près du fleuve.
Pros:

Chambre propre et bien équipée (clim et ventilateur). Personnel aimable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

La réception vérifie votre chambre avant que vous partiez et vous fait payé la moindre casse.
À noter que l’hôtel n’est pas proche de la plage, mais prendre un Grab pour s’y rendre.

My room number 502 had AC issues. Despite so many complaints, the AC cooling is low. Staff is great. Great location

Pros:

Staff is the best, cleanliness, location

Cons:

-We should have been advised when we boom that there is additional 2% charge for credit card payments.

-4 out of 6 rooms had airconditioning issues but were also resolved

-No place to eat in.

-Water from bathroom keeps getting out, floor get flooded. I suggest to put rubber stopper.

Has everything you need for a nice stay in Da Nang.
Pros:

The front desk staff were very accommodating with luggage storage and early check-in. Locations is great!

Cons:

Not a fan of the opaque glass that separates the toilet from the bed. Would rather have it a bit less exposed, but that’s just me. :)

Good location, very helpful staffs

Cons:

The bathroom is covered all by glasses without curtains. The film can not protect privacy, still able to see inside and surely can still hear the noise.

Good place to stay except aircon not efficient
Pros:

Accessibility and proximity to Han market and Dragon Bridge

Cons:

Aircon in the room not efficient. Had to supplement with electric fan to keep the room just a little bit cooler.
