Disabled room was beautiful and the walk in shower was great

Cons:

The parking garage doors were very heavy not disabled friendly. Was not aware that I had to register before entering the parking garage and got stranded there until someone came along and assisted me.

Nice room.
Pros:

A nicely refurbished hotel. Don't understand why we couldn't have gotten free or re d used price parking rate. The garage was only 10 percent full on a Wednesday night. The breakfast was very nice. The area has several nice restaurants around it but is on the edge of downtown. Alot of homeless people and pan handlers further down town but okay around hotel

Will definitely stay at again
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay at the park hotel. Comfortable bed, clean building, safe area and safe underground parking.
Loved the bathroom design and lay out of the room

Cons:

The breakfast was alright but pretty much just toast or cereal but the muffins were delicious

The noise from the two bars next door was unbelievable. I will never stay at this hotel again. The loud pounding music did not end until 2:30 am.
