Not Choosing Trident again, there are much better options in Agra
Pros:

The staff was helpful but there are a lot of issues here and there, overall not the experience i expect from a 5 star.

Cons:

Quite a few things,
1. Welcome drink served after 20 mins that too after asking for it :)
2. email confirmed early check-in but i was made to wait for 2 hours before i got the room.
3. Starting the TV took another 20 minutes of staff, electrician and expert visit...so i was in the room by 2:30 while i reached hotel by 12pm.
4. meals are just fine don't expect an elaborate spread or a outstanding taste....even daal makhni was average in taste.
5. While i was dealing with all this i was served with Cheese balls as a started for dinner and the very first bite had a stone (big and rough enough to cut my tongue) i had shared a big piece of it with the waiter and ran to spit the remaining bit. when i pressed the remaining cheese ball on the plate there were more in it :(
i am not somebody that likes drama so i politely informed them about it and continued with my dinner.
i was approached by the chef who apologized for what happened and said that they procure the frozen cheese balls from a vendor and that he would escalate it. What's funny was they kept asking me what they can do to compensate when i was leaving the hotel :) and offered dinner for me on my next visit :D as if Agra was just next door to me and i am there on every weekend

Pros:

Location was very convenient. The hospitality was 1st class and the staff was extremely courteous. Breakfast was tasy and good variety.
They did not charged for tea whuch was a bonus. Great stay. Please keep this on.

Cons:

Nothing as such. We could not go to pool due to so many kids all the time.
May be they can reserve a morning and an evening hour for adults only 18 plus. Just a suggestion.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Trident Agra. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our visit so comfortable and memorable. The staff was extremely professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a warm smile.

The rooms were neat, clean, and very well maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast — the variety and quality were excellent.

A special mention to the tea counter near the swimming pool, which was such a thoughtful and unique touch. It truly added to the overall experience and became a key highlight of our stay.
