We absolutely loved our 3-day stay at the hotel. The entire property is beautiful and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and very clean.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of choices and everything fresh and well prepared.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Room size could be bigger, no elevators: would be helpful with taking suitcases to upper floors.

Pros:

Very comfortable, clean and high-quality service with very polite staff. The food was excellent, high-quality buffet with many options. Possible to make special requests, and they offered non-spicy meals on top of the options available at the buffet. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the outside area by the pool. It is definitely great value for money and I would come back without a second thought!

Cons:

The services available at the travel desk (e.g. transfer by car, tour guide, taxi service) were overpriced.
