Pros:

I did not care for the breakfast. The location was close to my intended destination

Cons:

When towels were changed out beds were not made nor were the trash cans emptied.

Spacious Room, parking need to pay, free coffee and tea at lobby.

Cons:

restroom no good, toilet flusing has issue at Room number 147, fixed shower better has a flexible one.

Wasn’t the worst stay, just wasn’t the best.
Pros:

The lobby was beautiful and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean room

The beds were super comfortable and patio was very pretty, staff was nice

Cons:

The pool was very foggy couldn’t really see clearly down to the bottom , looked like it needed to be clean and the iron did not work

Cons:

We booked a breakfast package but was denied by the receptionist. But the charges including taxes for breakfast was clearly listed on the bill. Upon booking, the hotel was tiled as courtyard by Marriott in Mandarin but it definitely not. Be aware. 這家不是萬怡酒店。

Cons:

Cleaning needs to be improved. Found several small items on the floor that should have been vacuumed, but we're not. That led me to think that there were other details left unclean.
In the first room, the hide-a-bed was filthy as well as the cushions on the couch. We were given another room.
