Booked a stay for the night of May 2nd. While at a wedding, received a call from the hotel that they had no space for us and they had moved us to the Hilton Garden Inn. First, this is NOT the same class of hotel, so it was really annoying. Fast forward a week, and I get charged $350/nt for the Hilton because the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel didn't pay for our new hotel as agreed! I've emailed the general manager, David Hendrix and have gotten zero reply. This is totally unacceptable for a hotel of this class. I will never be back.

A bit of construction going on, but a very nice place to stay nonetheless. This property is located in pretty much the center of activities and eateries and within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The room was nice. It was a bit noisy from the street and docks outside, but nothing unacceptable.

This structure has been a few different hotel brands in its history. The current branding and status as an "Autograph Hotel" are all pretty fitting. They are currently building out two restaurants, but the rest of the hotel has been charmingly updated. The staff are wonderful and helpful if I needed them and as a coffee lover, plenty of good coffee options in the room or lobby. If you are Bonvoy Platinum or higher the complimentary breakfast is honored at Choptank. It is the BEST complimentary breakfast I've been offered by a Marriott property. There are three options, large portions, and tasted so good! I even went back in the evening with colleagues one evening to have dinner there.

Hotel just phoning it in. Currently has no bar or restaurant, as under renovation. Peletons in gym not functioning. This is an Autograph hotel? You expect better.

Be very, very careful with the staff at this hotel. Marriott says the hotel billed me when points were supposed to be used, and the hotel says Marriott triggered the $530 bill to me. Very, very sketchy folks that pass the buck. And zero attention to detail in communications (sent info to wrong email address, assistant manager says will correct and follow-up on Monday and then does not follow up).

AVOID. Two months later a sudden $530 charge shows up on our credit card. No one at hotel is available to fix. No one calls is back for hours and still waiting. Complete fraudulent billing with no explanation, email or text.

I have stayed here a few times and I highly recommend! First off the location is wonderful. On the doorstep not only of the places tourists will want to visit but also so close when in town for business it’s right there. The views as lovely (see photos). Extra points bc I had a change in travel arrangements two weeks ago and they were very helpful changing everything and also helped me with a large box of work documents. I was there two nights end of March start of April. Restaurant is under renovation but I didn’t hear any noise and they are in a group with a local restaurant next door that had great options and great views.

Friendly, lovely and just a great option. Why I keep coming back. You should too!

The valet (Addison) was super sweet and handled my car with such care.

Service was great! Valet Addison and Drew were great, left my beautiful car up front. Room service was excellent as well! What a great stay, will be returning in the summer!

Arrived at the hotel with valet being the first impression of the hotel. Christian was extremely helpful with unloading our things and recommending a great restaurant for evening. Would highly recommend.
