Leuke hotel
Pros:

Ontbijt was lekker. Uitgebreid en als je omelet of gekookte ei wilde, gewoon vragen aan de personeel. Aangezien staat maar een koffie machine staan daar soms meer mensen maar ook dat doen ze oplossen dat ze koffie gaan halen uit de machine in de keuken.

Cons:

De bed viel tegen. Waneer ik of mij partner ging omdraaien de hele matras deed bewegen. En nee we zijn geen dikke mensen (70 kg). Fijn dat je twee soorten kussens hebt

Pas op uw spullen.

Comfortabel bed. Comfortabele badkamer.

Cons:

Onze spullen zijn kapotgemaakt en verdwenen door de schoonmaakploeg zonder dat wij hiervan op de hoogte zijn gebracht. We hebben hierover een gesprek met een manager gevoerd. Hij zegde ons toe de spullen te vergoeden. Helaas is dit niet gebeurd, ondanks onze herinnering aan het management. Een mogelijk volgend verblijf zou gratis zijn maar we zullen niet meer verblijven in dit hotel.

Pros:

"Unser" Hotel wenn wir in Düsseldorf sind. Zum einen gefällt uns das Hotel sehr und zum anderen ist die gegenüberliegende Taverne zu unserem Stammlokal geworden wenn wir hier sind.
Parken in der TG nebenan, Hotel gibt Rabatt...ab Nachmittag kann es allerdings voll werden und dann belegt sein. In fußläufiger Nähe Geschäfte und das Rheingärtchen/Rheinterrassen sowie die U-Bahn.
Bis zur Merkur Spiel Arena ca. 30 min ohne Umstieg.
Im Zimmer alles da...Kaffee/Tee, Bademantel, Hausschuhe, bequeme Betten und Bettwaren, Sessel, Schreibtisch, Pflegeprodukte.

Sehr gutes Stadthotel - ruhig und gut erreichbar
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wenige Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof ERGO-Platz entfernt - ausgeschilderte Abkürzung durch einen Wohn/Spielplatzhof.. Mit der U-Bahn sind die Düsseldorfer Innenstadt, der Hauptbahnhof und die Messe/ARENA schnell zu erreichen. Das Rheinufer ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Auf der Rheinpromenade kann man auch direkt in die Innenstadt spazieren. Das Hotel wirkt gepflegt und sauber. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit bequemen Betten. Große Dusche im Bad, das ansonsten sehr klein ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechsungsreich - leider aber nur wenig vegane Angebote. Trotz Danke nochmals an die nette Dame an der Rezeption, die absolut professionell und gästeorientiert mit 2 Defekten im Zimmer (Defekter Duschschlauch und Aussetzer beim TV-Empfang) umgegangen ist. Nette Restaurants und Kneipen gleich um die Ecke.

Cons:

Leider hatte die Hotelbar abends geschlossen. Das Getränkeangebot an der Rezeption gleich dies qualitativ leider nicht aus. Man findet aber gleich um die Ecke nette Restaurants und Kneipen für einen "Absacker" - Tipp: Das "Florian".

Estupendo Hotel, cumple expectativas. Absolutamente recomendable.
Pros:

El Hotel tuvo en cuenta mi petición de habitación en planta alta. Estupenda terraza.
Agua de bienvenida, máquina de café, nevera y caja fuerte. Albornoz.
Cama y almohadas súper cómodas y confortables.
Buen desayuno.

Cons:

El segundo día olvidaron dejarnos dos toallas de lavabo. Solo tuvimos una. Es verdad que no la solicité. Siempre con prisas, olvidaba comunicarlo.
Eché en falta aceite de oliva de libre disposición. Es verdad que si lo solicitabas te llevaban una jarrita a la mesa, así que el Hotel solventó sin problemas este inconveniente para mí.
No había chocolate en la máquina de café. Quizás hubiera habido que pedirlo.

Last year we came to this hotel we had a spacious room and bathroom. This year we had the tiniest bedroom, a cramped bathroom with a sliding door that made unbearable noise and wouldnt lock.

We had to walk to the reception 3 times because the fridge wouldn't work and we were told to just '' turn it on''(we couldn't because we didn't have the controller for the fridge)

So you light get lucky and get a decent room, but Jen you pay over 200e a night it shouldn't be a gamble.

Pros:

- The room has good sunlights!
- Very friendly staff
- Close to Subway and Tram! Very convenient location!

Cons:

- The shower head cannot be stably fixed on the bar
- The lift can be used without a room card
- There is no sign we can put outside that says “please clean the room”. (Usually it will be a sign that one side “do not disturb” one side “please clean”)

lobisi bu kadar hareketli ve enerjik bir otel görmedim. lobide bar vardı ve hep doluydu, bu pozitif enerji çok hoşuma gitti. ayrıca lobide su limonlu ve taze naneli su ikramı da çok hoşuma gitti, koşudan döndükten sonra iyi geldi. Ayrıca manzarası harika bir çatısı var ve roof party vardı kaldığımız gece, çok hoştu, odalara ses gelmiyordu. çalışanlar çok tatlıydı. temizdi. ayrıca yeri çok iyiydi.

oda küçüktü. 2 büyük bavul açınca pek geçecek yer kalmıyordu bir de buzdolabı yoktu.
