Pros:

It was comfortable for a large inner city hotel.

Cons:

Nothing outstanding to say here. I did over here a complaint from a guest that the manager did well in trying to make right. Stuff happens.

Az árához képest voltak olyan alaphiányosságok, amiket egy ilyen jellegű hotel nem engedhet meg.
Pros:

Nagyon jó volt az elhelyezkedése, központi volt, de mégsem zajos. A szobát már reggel átvehettük, nem kellett délutánig várni. A reggeli finom volt, és volt bekészítve a szobába is kávé és tea.

Cons:

A reggelinél variálták hova ülhetünk le, nem válaszhattunk asztalt pedig bőven volt szabad. Az utolsó reggelinknél ráadául a bár részben helyeztek el minket egy sötét zugba, ahol a svédasztalnak csak a fele volt elérhető, a többit a la carte kellett megrendelnünk. Végül egy mini adagot kaptunk így a meleg kínálatból, annak ellenére, hogy a szoba díjában svédasztalos reggeli volt. A szobában az ablakot nem tudtuk becsukni, mert rossz volt az ár. Folyamatosan pöceszag volt a szobában, hiába volt végig nyitva az ablak és ment a szagelszívó. A falak papírvékonyak, így szombat éjjel a szomszéd szobában mikor hazaértek a vendégek, végighallgattuk ahogy öklendeznek a szombati buli után az éjjel közepén.

I arrived at the hotel around 1pm, and my room was already ready, so the check-in process was very smooth and easy. The room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was also excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shops nearby.

I decided to extend my stay by one more night, and the front desk team was very helpful throughout the process. Although the hotel was fully booked, they still managed to keep me in the same room, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

Breakfast was included in my booking, and I tried it on the first morning. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. After being shown to my table, I noticed that the air conditioning in that area was extremely strong, making it too cold to enjoy breakfast comfortably. I politely asked to move to another area, especially since the main dining area was mostly empty at the time. However, the staff member who had shown me to my table did not seem pleased with my request, and the only response I received was a cold “okay.”

For a 4-star hotel, I expected a much higher standard of breakfast and customer service. Sadly, both the service and the breakfast quality were poor. The selection was very limited, and the food itself was disappointing. I couldn’t even finish the scrambled eggs. In the end, I decided to cancel breakfast for the following morning.

Afterwards, I checked other guest reviews and realised that this appears to be a well-known and recurring issue.
