I would definitely never stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

It’s a convenient location. Comfy bed. Pleasant staff in the breakfast room.

Cons:

The first room allocated was a cell-like room overlooking the garbage room. After complaining about this I was allocated another cell-like room with a slightly better outlook. After the air conditioning broke I was allocated a more normal room (314).

Hôtel idéal pour un petit séjour à Londres.
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé par rapport à l’arrivée à St Pancras et aussi pour visiter Londres.
Bon accueil, personnel agréable et compétent pour répondre aux question.
Petit déjeuner parfait.
Chambre confortable mais un peu bruyante car côté rue.

Nice clean room and very quiet despite being in a busy main road.

Cons:

We had requested early check in but our room wasn’t ready until 3pm.

everything could of bin amazing but I had too little sleep as a result from noise in corridor.
Pros:

The staff were great. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Cons:

I was woken up very early by noise outside my room. There was a staff cubaord or something close to my room and i think things were being either dragged, smashed or thrown into it. I could also here people walking up and down the corridors having conversations. As a result my sleep was very broken and my whole day made that much harder because i was knackered.
