The property was very loud and the price we paid for the room was not worth it considering it was a Hilton I thought it would be much better traffic non stop and constantly banging of the doors and you could hear everything

Overall, it was a good experience. The service quality was good, and the team was cordial, courteous, and helpful.

However, accessibility at the hotel entrance needs improvement. There is no ramp to reach the split-level entrance, which made it difficult to bring the luggage in.

Additionally, vehicles cannot stop or park directly in front of the hotel entrance due to the lack of space. Pick-up and drop-off are only possible across the road or near the adjacent Hilton building, which can be inconvenient, particularly when travelling with luggage.

I probably won't be back at this Hilton Hotel.
Pros:

The room was very small. The reception staff were so unhappy and did not make visitors feel welcome.
The breakfast staff were lovely and the food was good.

Cons:

The reception staff - when we booked in and when we left our luggage on the last day, it felt like we were an inconvenience. I've stayed at a few Hilton Hotels and this was the worst staff I have experienced.
