The location of the hotel worked really well for us. It is very close to Euston station, and took just a few minutes for us to walk to the hotel and leave our luggage before we went out and about in London.
The room we had was lovely and spacious, and also very clean. We had asked for an additional bed (we were a group of 3), and even with the additional sofa bed, there was plenty of space to move around without us bumping into one another.
The hotel agreed to store our luggage for a few hours beyond our check-out time at no additional cost.
The staff at Reception are really abrasive and actually quite rude. On arrival, there was no greeting from the staff. I was asked 3 times to pay for the hotel, when I had already paid via Booking.com. At one point I was told, “you need to fill out the forms lady”. I was given NO information about the hotel, including where breakfast was served. I had a similar experience when I returned to the hotel that evening, and went to collect my keys.
The following day, however, we were checked out by a male member of staff who was incredibly helpful.
Although the rooms are air-conditioned, the temperature is set and unable to be varied at all. We were in London when the outside temperature was 31 degrees and after a full day out, it would have been lovely to blast the air conditioning, but this was not possible.
The breakfast is not great.

Do not stay here it’s incredibly unsafe! No security on the door or security card access do I was followed by a random man to my room who harassed me. I tried to call the reception multiple times to help but they ignored me. The police had to come out to help me.
Just a 5 minutes walk from Euston station. A bus stop outside the hotel. Location very good. From the beginning to the end of our stay we a very good experience. You can leave your luggage at the hotel if you get there early .Room was very clean and tidy with a good view. We plan to go again and ask for a bigger room. The staff were were very helpful and friendly.Couldn't fault the breakfast. A lot too choice from. Had a meal in the restaurant one night which was lovely. Would recommend this hotel.

We stayed in room 125 and it was clean to a point but the table was very dusty the main one and the side one next to the chair I had to clean in before putting things on it.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton London Euston during my time studying in London, and it provided the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. Its prime location, just a short walk from Euston Station, made commuting around the city and attending my studies incredibly easy.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist. Their friendly service made me feel at home throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, offering a quiet and relaxing space to unwind after busy days of lectures and exploring London.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that gave me a great start to each day. I also appreciated the hotel’s elegant atmosphere and its close proximity to museums, restaurants, shopping areas, and many of London’s iconic attractions.
Hilton London Euston was an excellent choice for my stay, whether for study, business, or leisure. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding service, a convenient location, and a comfortable experience in the heart of London. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit.
