Excellent stay close to transport system.
Pros:

I liked the way the staff welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. The attitude of staff made us feel at home. I would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!

It was fine for a night in London.
Pros:

Location is perfect for London Euston. Rooms are small but well appointed. Beds were really comfortable. Having breakfast included was a bonus.

Cons:

Couldn’t change the temperature of the air conditioning which in a heatwave in a London was not ideal. Staff were quite dismissive and not engaged, for a Hilton I was surprised by this.
One of our rooms looked out into a meeting room which was very strange.

Stained bedding, curtains that wouldn't shut, rude, embarrassing and offensive Duty Manager who accused me of staining the bedding.

Une honte de ne pas avoir la climatisation dans ce type d’établissement.

Panne de climatisation signalée 6 fois à la réception sans que le problème ne soit réglé ce qui a eu pour conséquence de devoir dormir dans une chambre avec 25 degrés, d’ouvrir la fenêtre avec pour conséquence les bruits extérieurs, de devoir descendre à la réception pour le signaler, d’être dans l’espoir que le problème soit pris en compte sérieusement ce qui n’a pas été le cas.

Great location and good looking building. Many things could be improved.

The location was excellent

Cons:

The first room we were got was terrible and the room they replaced it with was a disabled room and much smaller than the first one . However, it did have air-conditioning which our first room did not. There was a terrible noise of exhaust outside the window.
The room was not cleaned until well into the afternoon
Some of the staff were excellent, but there were particular staff that obviously did not know what was going on.
