Nice hotel close to Santa Fe downtown
Pros:

Stayed one night on our way to Taos. Ample rooms, nice bathroom, nice restaurant and bar. Overall a nice establishment.

Cons:

Nothing, lovely place. Would stay again.

Disappointed!!
Pros:

The room was large. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room needed updated!! It was dark and smelled like dog. We had to go buy odor blocker spray. The carpet was stained and worn at the thresholds. The lighting needs updated and LED lighting used. The shower did not drain, maintenance had to come pull a blob of hair out of the drain. The water pressure and shower head were horrible. The stool sat extra low to the floor like a kiddie potty. The balcony tile were loose and you had to make sure not to get your toe caught on the tile or you would fall. The pool area looked nice but the pool itself needs to have the tile around it fixed/replaced. I was VERY disappointed!! The Glorieta has so much potential but needs some major maintenance and updating. The location was GREAT, close to everything.

Pros:

The room was spacious and nice. The bed was so comfortable. The restaurant was absolutely above expectations. It was so good, we had dinner then breakfast in the morning, both were excellent.

Cons:

The shower/tub, it was old. We like a great walk in shower.

Wonderful staff, facility could use a makeover with better food options for the price.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and supportive.

Cons:

There was no room service. The only restaurant was the small, very smug service, upstairs.
The interior has not been updated.. spoils and stains on the carpet throughout the hallways and in room. Furniture very outdated, seemed to have come from a thrift store. Crack and hole in the bathroom counter.

We were delighted with both the staff and our accommodation.
Pros:

The room was decorated beautifully and everything was clean. We had two meals at the restaurant and they were very good. Portions were huge. The staff were very helpful and referred us to local drivers to get us to the Santa Fe Opera and back. They also provided informtion about the rail runner train which took us back to Albuqueque.

Cons:

A couple of times, I wished I could find a brighter light in our rooms. This was not a big problem
