Pros:

Beautiful and unique facility, comfortable beds, excellent pillows and linens. Noise was a bit much (ballroom right next to our room) but wasn't really a problem for our schedule. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was absolutely gorgeous and immaculately kept. Expensive, but cheaper than most other properties near the opera.

Mediocre at best.
Pros:

The was a booked party in the lounge. Extremely loud and wild. I had to drive around and around to find parking to stay in a room I booked a month prior I don't begrudge you making money but at the expense of other quests rest and relaxation shouldn't be acceptable. Also, the lighting was very poor in the rooms. Bathroom small and towel rack directly above the toilet where the towels can easily fall into the toilet. There was marijuana stench by the side entrance every time I went in or out of that doorway. If I wasn't with my wife, it would have been fine, but she said she would not want to stay there again.

The hotel is a good option for its location and comfort, but lighting in room and bath is horrible.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was good sized. The lobby was nice and we enjoyed the bar upstairs.

Cons:

The lighting in the room and bathroom is completely inadequate. A person can't even see to put on makeup! Highly disappointing

Pros:

I liked the pool area and the facilities were good in general for a 3 star hotel and the price we paid. There is a gym, albeit a bit basic. Nice jacuzzi feature and a cool sauna at that pool. The way the hotel is decorated is quirky - dark and gothic with a nice fire that's always on in the reception area. The bar is really relaxing/has a nice atmosphere. Free parking was a bonus too and we felt safe. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We were given a room with one of the connector doors to the next room - which was locked, but the noise transfer from the room next door was not ideal. I don't think giving these types of rooms to two unrelated guests is suitable in my honest opinion. We asked reception if we could move and the staff member basically lied to us and said they were fully booked and it wasn't possible. We checked Booking.com and could see plenty of rooms were available to book immediately for the dates we were staying, especially for the next day. The bathroom and parts of the hotel were a bit smelly (no window).

Glorietta needs to pay attention to how they advertise their "renovation"
Pros:

The location is great for visiting Santa Fe and really perfect if you're attending the opera.

Cons:

For a facility that has "undergone" renovation, our room definitely did not reflect it. The room should not be used for guests until is is. The carpet looks old, the paint in the room was poor with defects throughout, the furniture was old and definitely no part of the renovation, no art in the room, the armoire had not place to hang clothes (and there was no closet) and the air conditioner was non-functional on our first night there. We could not leave a window open to address the temperature as there were no screens on the window. In all, this room was a complete disappointment and felt a bit like a Motel 6.

Bitte nicht buchen ...
Pros:
