Pros:

Very convenient to where I had to go and clean

Cons:

My ac in the room didn’t work so it was so hot every day when I got home from work and stayed hot all night..also the fridge wasn’t working great it worked but not good

Met our one night transitional stay.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Front desk staff- Katie/Kate was super helpful when we checked in 7.14.26

Cons:

The room is a tight for a person with mobility issues (a cane) the bathroom soap was ridiculously out of her reach and there was no bar soap alternative provided. We provided our own soap. The sink water On/Off handle was tricky for even me to maneuver with ease and nearly impossible for my elderly mother with limited hand strength. I did not request a handicap room - which may have been better for us. Kate checked and said there was no option for a more accessible room. The hotel was sold out. We managed w just the small issues. We were planning to take advantage of the included breakfast but went to Tuckers instead (YUM!!).

It was perfectly adequate for what I needed.
Pros:

Breakfast had great options.

Cons:

I don't like carpeted rooms as they hold odors, get stained and, in my opinion, are dirty.

My absolute go to hotel in the Concord area
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, the desk clerk was just lovely, funny, welcoming and helpful. There was a slight mix up with my room which she handled quickly. The room was very comfortable, clean and pleasant. The corridor was quiet and the shades blocked the light. Breakfast choices were amazing with hot eggs and bacon along with all the usual bagels, waffles, yogurt etc. It was a great stay and I absolutely would go back. Also very easy to get to with the highway access ramp only a few hundred feet away.

Cons:

It is a large hotel, and really needs a few more handicapped accessible parking spots for the number of rooms.

Good location for overnight stop close to the 89 & 93
Pros:

Good location to the interstates. Good facilities.

A great stay at a thoughtful hotel with responsive staff.
Pros:

This was the most thoughtful hotel I have stayed at. The staff was friendly and receptive to our needs, the breakfast was open at 6 am on the weekends (so many hotels don’t have breakfast until 7 am on weekends), to go bags with bagels and waffles are prepared and ready to grab for those in a hurry, the pool was also open at 6 am, there are cookies in the afternoon and the coffee restocked all day, and many essentials in the public women’s bathroom. The pool is definitely heated!
