The pillows were rank smelling. The quality of cleanliness & care was well below minimum standard. Mentioned to male front desk person & was not asked any questions or say there would be a follow up check.
Rank smelling pillows.
The food was wonderful and really enjoyed that we were able to take a goody bag with us. The staff was friendly and nice.
Room temperature - we could not get it regulated.
We end up leaving Hampton Inn. The room they assigned us had not been cleaned when we arrived at the room. They gave us another room and it had not been cleaned yet. The clerk said he could not guarantee that the 3rd assigned room would be cleaned either. Apparently they had a computer problem and did not know what rooms were clean and which were not. The clerk offered to refund our money and we ended up going to another hotel. Several other customers had the same problem.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn while visiting Bowling Green. It is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the city sights. The hotel is located near many of the area's popular attractions, including the National Corvette Museum, Lost River Cave, and several restaurants, making it a great home base for exploring the area. That was what we did. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and had the comfortable feel that I've come to expect from Hampton Inns over the years. One thing I would mention for first-time visitors is to pay close attention as you approach the hotel because the entrance can be easy to miss. We drove right past it the first time and had to circle back. Once you know where it is, getting in and out is simple, but it caught us by surprise. One of the nice features of this hotel was the complimentary breakfast. There was a good variety of hot and cold items available each morning, and everything we tried was fresh and well stocked. The coffee was especially good, which is always a nice way to start the day before heading out to see the sights. The breakfast area was clean and well kept. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to Bowling Green. It’s convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and good breakfast make it an easy choice for anyone planning to visit the Corvette Museum, Lost River Cave, or the many other attractions in the area. Enjoy!
Awesome breakfast
Overall awesome stay. The shower was clogged. The front desk was courteous and prompt in addressing it.
Lower than a typical Hampton, I’ll have to remind myself not to stay here again. AC didn’t work in the gym and felt like I was working out in a sauna. They were out of the sanitizing wipes, hard telling how long they were empty and how dirty the equipment was.
Room was normal, hopefully on a list to get updated. The tub didn’t drain so I took a shower in ankle deep water. Woke up and the coffee maker was missing the tray that holds the coffee puck. So the coffee maker didn’t work.
Didn’t want to take my chances and try the breakfast so I had a slice of pizza from Casey’s down the street.
Book the Embassy or a different Hilton brand but don’t book here.
This place was TERRIBLE. everything about it was HORRIBLE. when you pay over $300 for ONE NIGHT you would think something would be good. Well it was not good. Ice machines broken. My door handle was broken. Th water in the bathroom sink BARELY trickled out of the spout. The room was not clean. It seemed like the towels were washed, so there something I guess. No half and half for coffee in the morning. The lady making the breakfast was nice and friendly but what she was provided by the owner to serve for breakfast was abysmal.
Only stay here it you a desperate I do not recommend
Not sure how this hotel rates a 4 star. The ice machines were not working on most floors, the in room coffee maker did not work, the room keys were so finicky that you had to time opening the door just right (witnessed many guests struggling with same issue) and they were out of forks at breakfast. Sign said sorry for the inconvenience. Really? There was a Walmart right down the street! Go purchase forks.
Breakfast was good
Everything was good
Could not get a bill that had the amount I was charged. Received paper copy that just said my balance was zero. Also 3 email saying my balance was zero. Still not sure how much I was charged.
Also, $25 hold for incidentals? What? Nothing n the room to purchase.
Good location , nice breakfast. The rooms are really starting to look run down.
We made a reservation for two rooms with a request that they be nearby each other or at least on the same floor and when we checked in they said they couldn’t accommodate us. It seemed like the hotel was pretty empty so unsure why. Then when it came time to pay both rooms had to go on one credit card. In the past we could use two separate credit cards to pay so that was also disappointing. We’ve been staying at this hotel for years when you going thru bowling green to Florida but may have to choose something different going forward. The front desk just didn’t seem to care.
