Hampton Inn Burlington-Colchester a great value for superb accomodation
Pros:

Excellent free breakfast with coffee, snacks available all the time. Kitchen manager accommodated my dietary needs- gluten and dairy free. Large , well-maintained rooms, near Burlington and area breweries. Convenient guest laundry in basement. Very pleasant staff and front desk employees. I highly recommend this hotel near Burlington and airport in VT.

Cons:

Probably the smallest sink I’ve ever seen. Could do better.
Elevators? One ran floors 2-5, the other 1-4? Room on floor 5, car park on floor 1. Had to change elevator to get to car at 4 am to get to early flight.

Great place for a getaway!!
Pros:

Breakfast was good, a nice selection, great hours 7am to 10 am!! The rooms were very clean, something that's extremely important to many people who travel. The staff made it work for me even when I had booking issues, very happy customer.

Cons:

It was not cheap... Kinda expected.

Size of hotel. Size of room.
Loved the bathroom size with big shelves and lots of room for cosmetics.

Cons:

The pool and the gym was not what I’d hoped for.
Pool was way too small and too many kids, the gym did not have any mats to stretch.

Bad guest service.
Pros:

Need to added another nite. But front desk person treated me like trash That's the thanks I get for being a hilton rewards member. I thought hilton treated members good
Not in Colchester vermont. Said I couldn't get the rewards rate

Location is everything! Overall pleasant stay, so I will probably still at this property again.

A greedy lot
Pros:

We went to the Hampton Colchester for 3 years in a row. No problems, a pool, a buffet breakfast. This year, they acted like a greedy corporation. Have they been bought? The quoted price was augmented by 33% for taxes and services. What services? The money was immediately charged on our credir card. Breakfast was NOT included. I called the hotel for a refund and they said they would have to check with the company first (luckily, we were refunded). Never again! Sadly, this situation repeats itself in many, many places.
