Highly recommended hotel near Burlington, VT.
Pros:

Very pleasant and helpful staff! I have dietary needs that the food service manager met for breakfast! I am gluten-free and dairy-free. She had Schar products readily available. The room was immaculate, comfortable, quiet. Lots of free parking and guest laundry available. Location convenient to the airport, shopping mall and downtown Burlington.

Cons:

I didn't have any major concerns or issues. This is a relatively new hotel with excellent maintenance of the building and grounds.

La camera era abbastanza grande e la posizione comoda per visitare Burlington e i dintorni.

Cons:

Struttura un pó datata, colazione basica, nessuno servizio in stanza. Non ci è mai stata rifatta la stanza nei 4 giorni, anche dopo nostro sollecito e conferma che sarebbero intervenuti.

Poorly run hampton inn

Location worked for us.

Cons:

Housekeeping staff was largely absent. Beds made one time in 5 day stay. Blankets complicated so if it is to be a do-it-yourself operation, simpler bedding is needed. Breakfast ok, desk staff agreeable while unable to resolve problems. Guests often usurped disabled access parking spots while not showing they were entitled to them.

Pros:

We had made our online about 5 hours before we arrived.
We were told there was as no reservation for us so I showed your staff our confirmation number, still there was no record and were told it was a glitch between the online system, which by the way was Hampton Inn’s and the front desk. No rooms were available. We left very upset. We got a room at the Residence Inn, it was fifty dollars more. We booked the Hampton Inn for its low price and value we always felt we had with your chain. We were told by your staff they couldn’t make up the difference of the extra cost. It was late and we were very disappointed.
