Pros:

The hotel staff is always friendly and inviting and the rooms are always clean and they are always ready for a good night rest. We stay here when we come to Vermont to see my son or pick him up to come home. He goes to college in Burlington at champlain

Great value, clean, nice amenities with great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Free breakfast was great. Tons of choices both hot and cold. Free coffee tea and beverages 24hrs which was great too. Fitness center was what I would expect and worked fine. Free water bottles in the gym was nice too.

Pros:

The staff was friendly, room was very clean, it was quiet. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel I would stay again

Very convenient right off the highway
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. We didn’t have much time to use any of the facilities. We were there for a graduation and then took up most of our time.

Service top notch
Pros:

The service was fast and efficient. The room was amazingly comfortable and very clean. Definitely i will be recommending this place. Also, the location is excellent. Very close to downtown , shopping centers etc. Loved it 🥰

Uncomfortable.
Pros:

We appreciated the ease of having our esa pup with us. And the staff was very nice.

Cons:

The floor wasn’t vacuumed, the bed was uncomfortable and the room we were put in was sharing a wall with the gym. There was banging right on the wall the bed was up against, slamming doors and equipment noise both in the evening and first thing in the morning. No idea why anyone would have the idea to put a room there and then have the audacity to charge so much for a room like that (almost $300 for one night). In Addition we were given no info on check out, facility times etc. The water station was broken as well as the elevator. It was just unfortunate to have our one night stay there be so uncomfortable.
