Great experience mired by one sore point that was important for my trip
Pros:

The staff was very nice and attentive. The access to washing machines for our clothes was great! The tea bar was also very nice with the heat spike. It's a good tv and a well equiped kitchen. And a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The internet. It was between 0,045mbps and 6mbps. I repeatedly asked staff if they could help with this since it was basically unusable, which mired a besides that pretty good experience. I had to take multiple work calls and some remote work but had to go to the upstairs lobby since the internet in the room was so bad I couldn't even join a teams call. During the day, I had to offten use my phone hotspot if I didn't wanne go out of the room to get work done. Also, with the state of the internet, you could hardly watch youtube above 480 to 720p. We had to move the laptop to the other side of the room near the entrance with a long hdmi to the tv to have usuable internet. The further you were from the door, the worse it was. In the beds, it was unusable. There is also no wired internet port in the room to aliviate the bad wifi.

It was a very good hotel. Much value for the money

Très bien mais...
Pros:

Établissement propre et très bien situé pour visiter la ville a pieds. Le personnel est très serviable, le petit déjeuner simple et copieux...

Cons:

Se faire réveiller deux jours de suite par l'alarme incendie n'est pas très agréable, mais voir que le personnel ne maîtrise pas du tout le système et les procédures est carrément énervant et potentiellement inquiétant s'il y avait eu un véritable incendie...
Le premier jour, ce sont des clients qui ont arrêté l'alarme, et le second jour, elle a sonné de 6h30 à quasiment 8h !!

Tegenvallend en teleurgesteld.
Pros:

Het hotel is op een goeie locatie gelegen

Cons:

De kamer viel tegen. Was niet heel goed schoon en op de kasten lag veel stof. De douche ging telkens van heel koud naar heel warm, was niet heel comfortabel. Het ergste was nog dat 2x sochtends vroeg het brandalarm af ging. 1e keer een uur en de 2de keer 2 uur. Toen gebeld naar de receptie, door die meneer bijna afgebekt dat ze er niks aan konden doen. Hij gaf wel aan dat er een tegemoetkoming tegenover stond bij het uitchecken. Helaas bij het uitchecken niks over bekend en konden onze met de staart tussen de benen naar huis. Hierna contact opgenomen via de mail met het hotel. Hier helaas tot op heden niks van gehoord.

We had to wake up at 6am in the morning because the fire alarm went on !! We spent such a bad night and apparently it happened the night before…

Prima hotel voor een nacht. Voor lange termijn niet aan te raden.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Schimmel in de raamkozijnen. Buitenkant van de ramen zijn niet gewassen. Kozijnen van de douche kapot.

Un buon equilibrio tra prezzo e servizio
Pros:

La posizione sicuramente insieme al meravoglioso terrazzo su cui dava la mia camera. Accessibile dall'esterno era un luogo di relax e ci si poteva prendere il caffè

Cons:

Mi spiace dirlo ma all'ingresso c'erano dei sacchi della spazzatura che non rendevano l'atmosfera piacevole. Peccato davvero...le scale erano buie.

Onoverziene ongemak maar verder fijn hotel.
Pros:

De 24/7 koffie en thee bar bij de receptie. De grote tv op de kamer met voldoende zenders.
Het uitgebreide lekkere ontbijt.

Cons:

De grote strondvlek op de netjes opgevouwen handdoek in de badkamer en de grote (oude) bloedvlek op het dekbed wat we uit zn overtrek getrokken hadden omdat het erg warm was.
Ook de gele olievlek op het laken van de slaapbak was niet netjes en de slaapbank lag echt voor geen meter maar dat is te verwachten van een slaapbank.
Het hotel heeft bovenstaande dingen wel keurig opgelost voor ons.
