Att de tog nästan 40min för incheckning då hon va själv. Vet man m sig att alla kommer runt 5 tiden då incheckning är efter 15 så bör de vara 2 per som står i receptionen kan ha varit ett undan tag sen ogillar jag att när man bokar för 4 men måste bädda för två förstår inte vitsen man är ute hela dagen kommer hem på kvällen o första man måste göra är att be om de extra tillbehören för att kunna bädda för alla man bokat för

La estancia fue estupenda. Pero ahora tengo un problema y no hay forma de comunicarme con el apartamento. Si llamo me dicen que escriba, y si escribo no me contestan. Por favor atiendan mis necesidades. Mi problema es de olvidó de medicación que necesito. Solo pido que me contesten. Muchas gracias.

Lack of cleaning and service.

Lack of cleaning.
Asked staff to take the garbage out but they never came. Also asked for more coffee and milk but did not get that either. You pay more for staying at the seven floor but it didn’t feel better, also mold in the windowsill.
