Wij hadden in dit hotel geboekt om dicht te zijn bij onze afsrpaak. We zijn met de trein naar Antwerpen gegaan en gingen 5min van station verblijven. Toen we er aan kwamen was het hotel volgeboekt...ik stel me serieuze vragen hoe dit kan!!? We kregen een ander verblijf bijna.2km verder! Was wel erg mooi appartement maar veel te ver van waar we moesten zijn. Geen excuses,we moesten dit maar aanvaarden. Vind dit niet kunnen,ze konden ons verwittigd hebben met een email!

Cons:

Dat het hotel volboekt was toen we toekwamrn en ergens anders moesten gaan slapen,veel verder!! Paste niet in onze planning!

跟我說，可以1點時就入住（房間那時候已整理完畢）
我1點到飯店，接待人員換女性黑人，直接跟我說ㄧ定要3點才能入住！
我也有強調，之前工作人員跟我說，1點就可以入住了！
可是黑人女性直白跟我說：現在櫃檯是我在處理，所以我就是要照她說的……
我不知道，我只是覺得白人男性說可以提前，而且非常客氣！
我覺得有種被歧視感，我強調了2次以上！
之前白人的櫃檯人員已經跟我說，1點就可以入住了！
黑人女性櫃檯人員：現在是我在處理，我一定要等到3點…..

Tolle Lage, Unterkunft mit leichten Abstrichen

Tolle Lage, großes Zimmer/Apoartment

Cons:

Bad sehr muffig, unten im Eingangsbereich des Hotels riecht es sehr nach Abwasser, insgesamt sanitäre Anlagen renovierungsbedürftig.
