Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. They brought a lovely package to our room as a welcome gesture. Inside was a special drink from Portugal and a box of chocolates, and they told us it was a gift for us to thank us for staying with them during our visit. It was such a thoughtful and lovely touch.
The breakfast was very good, and the hotel staff were excellent. They were always friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. The cleaner was also fantastic and kept our room very clean throughout our stay.
We had a great time using the swimming pool, especially our daughter, who really enjoyed it and had a lovely time.
The location was also excellent. The hotel was close to many of the main attractions, and most places were easily reachable with just a short walk. The main square was particularly convenient to get to.
Overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay and had no problems at all. We had a really enjoyable experience and would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Lisbon. I would happily give the hotel a very good rating overall.
The only thing I didn’t really like was the bathroom. The shower area was completely level with the rest of the bathroom, so water easily flowed out into the toilet area while showering. I think it would be much better if there was a shower door or screen, or if the shower area was slightly raised. This was the only negative point during our stay!

Limpieza, y decoración de las habitaciones muy fea
Muy atentos desde la entrada. Tienen en cuenta a las familias de 5 miembros, juntaron las habitaciones todo lo posible, tiene aparcamiento y está justo una calle atrás de la Avenida de la Libertad. Las habitaciones muy aisladas y con pequeña terraza con privacidad. Tiene albornoces, plancha de vapor, enchufes en los cabeceros. Muy limpio, y todo nuevo. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y el personal atento a todo. Después de alguna mala experiencia en Oporto la llegada a este hotel fue un gran descubrimiento. Repetiría sin duda.
Si tuviera que decir algo negativo la televisión tiene poca oferta de canales.

La ubicación, cama cómoda, productos de higiene del baño, bidé, parking.
Había una obra en las inmediaciones que empezaban a trabajar a las 8h.
Un empleado entró en la habitación creyendo que habíamos pedido al bar, sin esperar a que abriéramos.
La tele no tiene aplicaciones como Netflix.
