It would have been better if the images represented the hotel.

Great location and great breakfast. The room was clean.

Cons:

The hotel was being renovated so we couldn’t not relax at the lobby. The information about the property was misleading stating that they had a pool and a rooftop bar. You had to walk down the street (hill) to their sister hotel. Also, the quick walkway outside to the sister hotel pool was under construction. So you had to walk down the hill and on the street, then walk though the sister hotel to get to the hotel then back. It was not convenient. We were also questioned a number of time why we were in that hotel and using their pool. It was frustrating. Then we were blocked in the elevator using our hotel key to go up the to neighborhood rooftop bar even though it was mentioned that they were sister hotel. It was very confusing and misleading. If I knew this, I would have booked another hotel. Also the check in was at 3 and it took them over 1/2+ hour to get into our room.

Номер достаточно большой, комфортная ванная комната, большой удобный балкон. Прекрасная шумоизоляция. Вкусные, разнообразные завтраки.

The room is quite large, with a comfortable bathroom and a large, convenient balcony. Excellent soundproofing. Delicious, varied breakfasts.

Perfect hotel for sight seeing and chilling
Pros:

The pool was great - the staff were very attentive and entertainment wasn’t perfect, not too disruptive

Just a bit of a walk into centre - which was fine as long as you expect a walk

Decent stay, price-quality could be balanced
Pros:

Good location, helpful service, good breakfast

Cons:

Tiny room, looks pretty old and would require some renovation of it is considered a 4* hotel, no desk just a little table available, no bar in the hotel

Muito bem localizado, atendimento excelente.

Cons:

A cama e travesseiros não são confortáveis e isso impactou na qualidade do nosso sono. Além disso, não há variação no café da manhã, todos os dias tiveram o mesmo cardápio.

7:30h da manhã estavam a aspirar e fazer barulho a fazer limpeza do quarto em frente ao nosso. Local do pequeno o almoço cheirava bastante a peixe dado ser também um restaurante de sushi, o meu filho teve que vir comer para o exterior do restaurante devido ao cheiro.

El alojamiento está bien situado para ir caminando al centro. Personal muy amable, cama cómoda y habitación perfecta.

Está en obras y no habían avisado, fue un poco incómodo por los ruidos y demás. Si bien es cierto que una vez finalicen seguramente será una opción perfecta para ir a visitar Lisboa

Beautiful location, poor check in, watch your footing going to the pool!!!
Pros:

The property was beautiful and well maintained inside the hotel. After check in, the staff were kind and always friendly. The location was perfect.

Cons:

Half of our rooms were not ready till after 4pm! With excuses until we stood at the front desk as a group of 10 talking till they got the idea they were an hour and half late after the check in time on a MONDAY!!!! With NO apology! Unacceptable! Also, to get to the pool area you had to cross pipes, rebar, dumpsters, old furniture, broken tiles and heavy equipment for a week! Again unacceptable!

אכזבה גדולה מהמלון

המיקום של המלון היה יחסית נח להגעה למרכז העיר

Cons:

לא היה מיים חמים בלילה לאחר שהחשמל קפץ בחדר, האיש תחזוקה לא היה במלון כדי לבדוק את הבעיה ולא קראו לו רק יום למחרת. גם שהציעו להחליף חדר ללילה, החדר שרצו להחליף בכלל היה חדר שעוד לא סידרו ולא ניקו אחרי האנשים שעזבו, ממש בושה לרצות להכניס אותנו לחדר כזה. מחיר מאוד גבוה והשירות על הפנים.
לא מצדיק את המחיר. הם הראו כאילו הם משתדלים לרצות אותנו אבל לא הצליחו לסדר כלום מהבעיה שאין מיים חמים בערב למקלחת.
כמו כן גם כשבאו לסדר את החדר בכל יום לא הוסיפו כלום מהמוצרים ורק החליפו מגבות וסידרו את המיטה.
בנוסף החדר אוכל משמש כמסעדה חיצונית בערב ובארוחת הבוקר כל הרצפה הייתה דביקה ומלוכלכת כאילו לא הכינו את החדר אוכל לארוחת הבוקר. לא ראוי ככה להכניס את אורחי המלון.
