Pros:

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, zarówno w opcji spacerowej, jak również komunikacyjnej. Śniadania smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, ale monotonne. Jednak hotel polecamy.

Cons:

Minus za cenę parkingu podziemnego w stosunku do cent niclegu ze śniadaniem.

Грязный номер, под кроватью было грязно. Под креслом валялись фрукты , когда только зашли в первый раз и подвинули кресло.
Уборка не качественная. Цена не маленькая за ночь. Отебю надо пересмотреть клининговую компанию, которая у них убирает, уборка номером не качественно. Номера грязные. Под кроватями уборщицы в общем не убирают

I would not recommend Hotel Diplomat to anyone. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had in Prague.

The staff were extremely unfriendly and unprofessional throughout our stay.

On our first night, they forgot to prepare the third bed in our room. Even worse, nobody apologized for the mistake.

The next day, housekeeping forgot a gift that belonged to us in the room. Instead of helping us, the staff tried to avoid responsibility. They told us they did not know where our room was or where our gift was, which was unbelievable. The service was a complete disaster. We waited for more than 30 minutes without receiving any useful information or assistance.

Only after we told them that we would call the police did they suddenly “find” our bag with the gift and return it to us.

The lack of professionalism, honesty, and customer service was shocking. I cannot recommend this hotel and would definitely never stay here again.

Výborný poměr ceny a kvality.
Pros:

Výborná poloha hotelu na hl.silnici k letišti 100m od metra Dejvická. Kvalitní spánek díky klidu, pohodlným postelím a zatemňovacím závěsům. Velice pestrá snidaně. Dostatečně velké hrnky na čaj.

Cons:

Na snidani jen dva druhy sýra. Absence podšálků k hrnkům na čaj a mističek na marmeládu.

Pros:

Hotel je hned vedle zastávky metra Dejvická, dobrá dostupnost. Personál byl velmi příjemný, pokoj čistý, postel pohodlná. Mají zde výbornou snídani 🩷. Celkově jsem velmi spokojená, jsem tu už potřetí.

Cons:

Pokoj je příliš tmavý, světla dostatečně nesvítí.
