Stayed here Sunday-Tuesday for my daughter’s graduation. The historic hotel itself is clean and has been renovated, but showing its age. Turn left when going out the front door and the location is conveniently located to high end stores and Union Square. Just don’t walk in the other direction! Walking, using my GPS, took me across the street and down an alley which was pretty sketchy.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I really loved my hotel room and was impressed by how comfortable the bed was. All staff members are incredibly nice and made feel welcome. A big shout out to Tuan, the Bellman. His service is unmatched and you will always catch him with a big smile on his face. If I ever come back to SF I will definitely book the Adagio again.
