Decent stay
Pros:

Water, coffee, tea complimentary at the lobby all day.
Good size and overall clean rooms.

Cons:

Room gets very low daylight. City view is basicly another buildings' roof.

A great night's sleep
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable! The shower was large with great water pressure. There were automatic night-lights in the bathroom for midnight pees.

Nice enough for a shower and somewhere to sleep.
Pros:

The building itself is lovely, the reception areas are very well done and look great. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The receptionists weren’t the most helpful, the location isn’t the best - considering the price - and the food is very expensive.

Good stay
Pros:

Breakfast included. Good size rooms. Pets are allowed. Nice receptionist and housekeepers staff. Prompt answer in case of any problem.
Coffe and water always available for free!

Cons:

It is located right next to Tenderloin, homeless everywhere around it.
No way to get a better rate in person, it’s better to book it on booking.com
Next to it there is 620 jones (very laud), if is not that one, you will hear the other 2 pubs in front of it often with live music..
It is a bit dated but still ok

Perfekt für Ferien und Business-Reisen gleichermassen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gemütlich und gleichzeitig modern. Es bietet sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten. Das Personal ist äusserst zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist zentral und sicher.

Cons:

Für das Frühstück muss man genug Zeit einplanen. Der Service ist zwar sehr freundlich aber eher langsam.
